三人会〜マネージャー編〜
Three person meeting
〜Manager〜
おはようございます☀
本日は7時30分起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
昨晩は毎週恒例の三人会でした
メガネのマネージャー希望で、
他のマネージャーと話してみたい
ということで、
坊主の少数精鋭企業の
マネージャーをお誘いして
三人会を行いました
人事制度やら
マネージャーとしての在り方、
個人のキャリアなど
2時間ほど語らいましたね
三人会の中でも、
なかなか仕事に直結する
内容でして、
今までとは異なる雰囲気で
刺激的ですね
坊主のマネージャーは同い年で、
なんだか同じ様な
苦労をしてきてるようです
同い年ってなんだか、
不思議な感覚しますよね
東京マラソン3時間台の博士も
同い年ですが同じ熱量で
生きてきてる感じしますしね
今度は、同い年三人会も
やってみようと思います
御縁は続くよどこまでも

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました
本日も最高に創造的で、
ワクワクする一日にしましょう！

Good morning!
I woke up at 7:30 a.m. today to write a blog post.
Last night was our regular get-together with the three of us.
The manager with the glasses wanted to talk with another manager, so I invited the bald manager from a small, elite company to join us for a three-person meeting.
For about two hours, we talked about things like HR systems, what it means to be a manager, and individual careers.
It was a very stimulating discussion, and the content was directly related to our work, which was a change of pace from our usual get-together.
The bald manager is the same age as me, and it seems we've had similar struggles.
It’s a strange feeling to meet someone your age, isn't it?
The doctor who ran the Tokyo Marathon in under four hours is also the same age, and I feel like we live with the same kind of passion.
Next time, I'd like to try a three-person meeting with just people who are the same age.
Connections last forever.
"The enemy of the best is good."
I feel like it's time for me to seriously tackle this phrase.
