〜4タイプ代表戦〜

~The 4-Type Representative Battle~
おはようございます☀
本日は6時30分起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
毎週土曜恒例の三人会ですが、
昨晩は4タイプ代表戦という
実験的な会でした
冒頭は司令型の私、
法則型と理想形の三人だけでした
私が普段感じたことのない
雰囲気でしたね、
無意識的にこの組み合わせは
日常的に避けてるのかもしれない
と思いました
30分位たってから、
注目型が参加
いやはや、
よく場を回してくれました
理想形の発言を、
注目型に翻訳してもらうことで
理解もかなりできました
3時間ほどやりまして、
かなり多様な意見が出た反面で
何かが進んだ感は少ないという
面白い結果になりました
これはなかなか面白い結果でしたので、
半年後にまたやってみようと思います
自分の気の合う人だけで
話すだけでも駄目ですね（笑）
The Enemy of the Best is, good
この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました
本日も最高に創造的で、
ワクワクする一日にしましょう！

I woke up at 6:30 today and posted a new blog entry.
Last night, we held our regular Saturday "San-nin-kai" meeting, but it was a special, experimental session called the "4-Type Representative Battle."
Initially, it was just the three of us: me, the Commander Type, along with the Rule Type and the Ideal Type.
The atmosphere was something I'm not used to at all. I realized that this is probably a combination of personalities I unconsciously avoid in my daily life.
After about 30 minutes, the Spotlight Type joined us.
They did an excellent job of keeping the conversation flowing. I was able to understand the Ideal Type's statements much better after the Spotlight Type "translated" them for me.
The meeting lasted about three hours, and while we had a wide variety of opinions, it was interesting that we didn't feel like we made much concrete progress.
It was a fascinating result, and I'm thinking of trying it again in six months.
It's a good reminder that you can't always just talk with people you get along with.
The quote, "The enemy of the best is good," really hits home for me now.
Let's make today a fantastically creative and exciting day!
