最近頑張ってティーセミナーに通っています。
ティーアドバイザーまであと少し。
紅茶に関してだけではなく
お花や、
器、
テーブルコーディネートなどなど
トータル的に学べてどんどん深く知りたいと思います！
この日は器やテーブルコーディネートに関して。
ご飯を美味しく食べるってことは、
料理が美味しいこともさることながら、
その場の雰囲気も大切。
見て楽しむのも大事だな～と改めて実感しました。
I am learning tea lately. I have to get 31 credits to be a tea adviser, almost to go!!!!
The classes are not only about Black tea, we can learn table cordinate, tea cups, Japanese tea, Chinese tea, flower cordinate, and so on. I am getting more and more interested in total cordinates to eat and drink tastily!
When you satisfy for one meal, food shoul be tasty, of course, but atmosphere of the situation is very important. If dish is unique, flower is cute, or table cloths is beautiful, I think the food is tastier and I will be happier!!!
サンフルーツ in 六本木
またもや東京ミッドタウンの食べ物。
サンフルーツのグレープフルーツのゼリー、525円なり。
店員さんに薦められて思わず買ってしまった。
グレープフルーツの良さをしっかりと残してあり、
ほのかに甘く、つぶつぶが快感！
見た目でも楽しませてくれます！
う～ん、おいひい～。
しかし、腹いっぱいだ。
I bought jelly of grapefruits at Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi! It was 525 yen, but it was a lot of volume!
It wasn't much sweet and I like it because they put the jelly in the empty bowl of real grape fruit, even it has a cover!!

紅茶教室の合間のランチ。
タイ料理を食べました。

すっごいボリューム。
辛さが足らず前にあった器から唐辛子をかけて食べました。
おいしかった、幸せ。
パクチーあったらもっとしあわせだったな～
I had lunch at Tokyo Station. I wanted something ethnic at that time, so I went to Thai restaurant, called SIAM ORCHID!
I ordered PADTHAI, which is Thai fried noodle! I loved the taste. I wanted it little bit hotter so I added red pepper! Yammy!!!
六本木カノビアーノカフェ in 六本木
パン教室で知り合ったお友達とランチに出かけました。
とっても素敵なお友達で、話を聞くのが楽しいランチでした
行ったのは
レストランの中から見た風景。
とってもスッキリとしていて外の緑が映えます
パンはオリーブオイルでいただきます。
うんうん、噛んだら旨みが出てきます。
オリーブオイルもこれまた美味。
生ハムや～～～。
野菜もこだわられているということで
本当に新鮮さを感じました
パスタもいいお味。ちょっと和風に仕上げてあるのも
興味をそそられました
確かラグーソースに白菜？が入っていたような？
これねぇ、かなり美味しかった。
表面がパリパリでいて中はしっとりしている。
野菜も付け合せという感覚ではなくてしっかり存在感があります
デザートは一人一人違うものが出てきて
お互いにお互いのものを試せるという！
な～んと贅沢な演出
カプチーノもおいし～～。
これで時間いっぱいまで話をしてもりあがっちゃいました。
この後もお茶をして沢山身になるお話しができました
また行きましょうね～～
I went lunch with my friend that I met at bread school! She reserved the restaurant for me and I went to canoviano cafe at Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi for the first time!
It was a course menu, antipasti, primo, second, and dessert!
Antipasti: Fresh vegetables with ham from Parma, Italy!
Primo: Pasta with hakusai and ragout sauce! I love the taste! It is a combination of Japanese veg and french?/italian? sauce!!
Second: Fish with good taste veggies!! Surface of fish is cruncy, but inside is really soft!!!
Dessert: My friend and I had different kinds of dessert. I think it daily changes.
It was 3,150yen, and it was nice atmosphere eating there!

今日見た映画 (レンタルで）
[the Holiday] ホリディ
アメリカに住む女性と
イギリスに住む女性が
同時期に失恋して
バケーションを求めてインターネットで見つけた
「Vacation Rentals] すなわち 「ホームエクスチェンジ」。
お互いの家を交換して数週間見知らぬ土地に住んでクリスマスを含む2週間を過ごすというストーリー。
傷心の旅は癒えるのか???
そこでお互いに気になる相手を見つけるか???
私、この映画大好きかも・・・
なんでかって～と、
キャメロンディアスがとってもカワイイ
女心をよく描いてあると思いました。
いやいやそれだけではなく・・・
旅 イコール
｢限られた時間」の中で
｢知らない土地」に行くと
人っていろいろな発見があったり、
いつもはしないようなことをしてみたり、
自分を見つけ出すことが出来たりする気がします。
あと、キャメロンディアスが演じるアマンダは
15歳の時から泣く事ができなくなっていたのですが
泣く事ができるようになった瞬間があります！
それは本当の気持ちに気づいた時
思わずウルウルきてしまいました。
女性には特にグッとくる映画だと思いました。
まだ見てない方は是非見てくださいネ
I watched the movie called [the Holiday]. I think I love this movie!!!
Why?
First of all, if you break up your boyfreid or girlfriend, it is really hard to forget about him/her. But sometimes going somewhere solves heartbreak because everything you see is different from normal life. And maybe you will meet new people??? haha. Also you might find yourself which you never knew!
Also, Amada could not cry no matter what happens... And it made her suffering. But in the movie, you will see how she changes...
If you haven't watched it, please watch this movie! Especially women might like this movie...
金谷ホテル in 日光
日光に行ったときのこと。
金谷ホテルの食パンを食べてみたくて
わがままを言って寄ってもらいました。
この食パン、驚くほどサクサクしていました。
私は嫌いじゃない！
昔なつかしのお店だからとっても風情もありましたし、
ここまで人気が継続できるのも美味しさがあってのこと。
アッパレです
あと、どうしても気になって買ってしまった
ピーナッツクリーム
アツアツのパンにじんわり広がっていく姿がなんともいえない！
食欲をそそります！
ちょっとした塩みがこれまたいい
When I went to Nikko, Tochigi, I bought breads and peanut butter. It is from Nikko Kanaya Hotel. I saw this store in guide book and I had to stop by!!!! Whey I toasted the bread, it became so crispy! I like the taste!
千疋屋のデザート
羽田空港に行った時に購入したもの。
今が旬のイチゴの杏仁と
不動人気なマンゴー杏仁。
杏仁豆腐がプルプルで固さが全くない！
私は固めなのも好きですが、これも美味しいと思いました！
一つ500円ですが、フルーツの新鮮さも感じました
At Haneda Airport, I bought Annin-tofus of strawberry and mango. Annin is really soft and it matches with fresh fruit sauce! Senbikiya is a famous shop of expensive fruits, for example, a melon costs 20,000yen!
This annin-tofu costs 500yen, but it seems reasonable if I consider I buy one fresh fruit there...
中国茶房８ in 六本木
早朝のこと。
朝ごはんでどーしてもお粥が食べたかった。
なので24時間営業の中国茶房８に。
たっぷりのお粥をフーフーしながら
堪能しました。
胃が洗われるような感じがしました
一皿105円の水餃子も頼みました。
中の肉汁もおいひかった～～。
早朝の東京はまだ寝てました
朝ですぜ、親分。
私は帰ってから寝ましたけど。

もんじゃを食べに行きました。
何年ぶりかしら？
3年は経ってる。
私は広島の人間なのでモンジャという食べ物は馴染みが薄いのです･･･。
お好み焼一本じゃけん～。
でも東京も去ることだし、もう一回食べてみるか、という気持ちになり。

「で、どうやって焼くの？」
ってお店の人に聞いちゃいました・・・

へらを使ってタコげっと！
うん？なんだかとっても美味しいぞ～～～～!!
アツアツなのもいいし、だしが効いていて味わい深い！
もんじゃもいいもんだね～～～。
こりゃこりゃ満足です
If you come to Tokyo, you might try Monja, which is famous in Tokyo! There are vegetables and meat (you can order so many toppings, such as seafood, kimchi, rice cakes, corn, and so on) inside. You cook by yourself. The soup tastes soooooo good!
HOW TO COOK: First, you put everything on the pan besides liquid and cook them. after that you make circle (open in the middle) and pour liquid into it. After leaving it for a while and mix them. And you use small tool and take Monja little by little and eat it! Little burned parts are the best part!
Tsukishima near Tsukiji has very famous street for monja. You can go there after you eat good sushi in Tsukiji??
聘珍茶寮 in 横浜
横浜チャイナタウン再び行ってまいりました。
ちょっと寄ってみたけどがっつり食べたくなった
ワンタンメン、旦那さんオーダー。
これ、すっきりしてて美味しい
豚の角煮丼お味はしっかりしていておいしいです。
ただサンプルの写真と全く違う気がしました・・・。
まあ味がいいので気にしない気にしない。
うー、お腹いっぱいだ！
I went to Chinatown, Yokohama again with my family. I ordered pork with rice. My husband ordered ramen! I liked ramen better because the soup was clear and I remember the ramen that I ate in HK. The pork...it looked totally different from the sample picture, but the tast was ok...
