The key word for the next few days is gentle. With the most recent shifts, there has been a lot of crashing about, huge changes being assimilated and a chaotic atmosphere that would send the most balanced human swinging out of control.

Now is the time to breath! Now is the time to relax and give yourself a moment or two. The beauty of a human existence means you have a choice, the free will and power to allow some much deserved quiet. “Accept whatever seems to happen, and don’t expect anyone else to change. Your ego expects an outcome, expecting others to change just because YOU have chosen a mind of forgiveness. If you feel exhausted, it is because your ego is involved.

Don’t take things personally, but instead CHOOSE your state of mind and then adhere to it in mind. The world is your classroom–a difficult place filled with all kinds of personalities, but you don’t have to give it power over you. Just remind yourself that you know this and go about your life.

When you simply accept rather than argue with what is, you’ll achieve a stronger, more consistent, state of peace, not because externals have changed, but because YOU have changed inwardly, meaning you have chosen to work from a mind of peace rather than conflict. This is an entirely inward process in the mind.
