Take a deep breath, dear ones, the next wave is on its way. Unlike the others, there is nothing special you need to do, no effort involved and, hopefully, no rough housing. (Smiling) This new arrival is about receiving; being capable of it, being comfortable with it and allowing The Universe to provide whatever you need. Part of the reason you may have had a challenging time with it in the past is because there was always something to pay back, some expectation attached or thing you needed to do in return. 聖靈に頼っている後もそのことが繰り返し出てくる場合は、話題を変えてください。 エゴはこう言うのが好きです。 「ああ、あなたは愛から目を背けてしまった、罪悪感を感じるはずだ。 あなたがそれをした所を見つけ出し、分析しようとしなさい。」 これはエゴの罠です。 一度うまくいかなかったことなどを分析している自分に氣付くなら、聖靈の方を向き、話題を変えてください。 心の中で先へ進み、呼吸してください。 あなたは、エゴの声である罠の声に耳を傾けることを選択する事によって、捕らわれたと感じることしか出来ません。 しかし、それを真に受けないでください。 心を軽くして手放して下さい。

Today’s channeled message from the Master Jesus:
“You always have a choice. Learn to be gentle with yourself, dear one. If you find you are judging yourself, know that you have turned to the ego. Just say to yourself, “I must have become afraid of love again, because I have chosen to judge.” And then quickly turn back to the Holy Spirit and let it go.
If it comes up repeatedly after turning to the Holy Spirit, change the subject. The ego likes to say, “Ah! You have turned away from love and you should feel guilty. Try to figure out where you did that, and analyze it.” This is an ego trap. Once you notice yourself analyzing what went wrong and so on, turn to the Holy Spirit and change the subject. Move on in mind and breathe. You can only feel trapped by choosing to listen to the voice for entrapment, which is the ego’s voice. But don’t take it seriously. Lighten up and let go.
