コロナ禍で、日本に帰国することが容易でなくなった。
強制隔離と自主隔離期間を含めると、動けるのは実質数日しかないから、
漠然と「機会があったら会いましょう」は、まず難しい。
そんな状況を知ってか知らぬか、タイミングよく連絡をくださる友人がいる。
ピンポイントで日時を提案してくれから、実に予定が組みやすい。
敬愛する友人、麻日奈芽実さんが、還暦の節目を迎えられた。
気軽にランチをとお誘いいただいたら、それが記念すべき日だった。
彼女の洗練されたファッション、ふるまい、言動、話し方、すべてが大好きで、
いつまでも背中を追いかけていたいと思う。
少し先を歩く美しい女性がいると、歳を重ねることが楽しみになる。
これからもその素敵な輪の中にいられるようにと、我が身を反省している。

They offer me pinpoint dates and times makes it easy for me to make plans.
A beloved friend of mine got celebrating her 60th birthday.
She invited me to have a casual lunch with her, which turned out to be a memorable day.
I love her sophisticated fashion, behavior, words, way of speaking, and everything about her.
I want to follow her forever.
Having a beautiful woman who walks a little ahead of me makes me look forward to getting older.
I am reflecting on myself to continue to be a part of that great circle.
