1995年に渋谷で開業し、都内を中心に70店舗を展開する高級焼肉店。

「ゴチになります」というTV番組でその名前を知ったけれど、行ったことがなかった。

 

2015年に開業した「Yakiniku FUTAGO NY」のふたご社長がトラジ出身と聞いて、

ますます興味が高まったけれど、日本でも行く機会がなかった。

 

2019年に開業予定だった「Yakiniku TORAJI New York」は、コロナ禍の影響で、

開店まで3年の月日を要して、現在ソフトオープン中。

 

日本スタイルの焼肉店は、とにかく肉が上質で、ハズレのない安心感。

キムチなどのサイドオーダーも有料だから、結果的に高級店になってしまうけれど、

ミッドタウンというロケーションも手伝って、すでに人気店格付けへの兆し。

 

コロナとの戦いは終わっていないけれど、新規店舗のオープンが相次いでいる。

日系企業の踏ん張りに、期待したい。

 


"Yakiniku TORAJI" is a high-class BBQ restaurant that opened in Shibuya in 1995 and has 70 branches around Tokyo.

I heard about it from a TV show called "Gochi ni Narimasu" but had never been there.

 

When I heard that the president of "Yakiniku FUTAGO NY," which opened in 2015, was from "TORAJI,"

I became more and more interested in the restaurant, but I never had a chance to visit it in Japan.

 

"Yakiniku TORAJI New York" was scheduled to open in 2019, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it took three years to open.

Now they have been in soft opening.

 

The Japanese-style BBQ restaurant offers high-quality meat and a sense of security that you will never be disappointed.

They also charge for side orders such as kimchi, making it a high-end restaurant.

However, with the help of its Midtown location, the restaurant is already showing signs of becoming famous.

 

The battle with CPVID-19 is not over yet, but new restaurants are opening one after another.

I have high hopes for the Japanese companies to keep up the excellent work.
