犬の習慣が変わった!
うちの犬の習慣。
1.私がひとりでソファにすわっている時には、隣にすわろうとソファに上がってきます。
「一緒に座る～」
2.Milがひとりでソファにすわっている時には、ソファにはのりません。
一応お行儀よくしているつもり‥
3.私とMilがふたりでソファを占領しているときは、ハウスに入るか、ソファの下にすわります。
4.犬がひとりの時には、ソファにはのりません。
最近この法則が崩れてきました。
先日、Milが夜中に仕事をしているときに、犬がソファの方を向いて、上がりたそう～にしていたらしいのです。
「Wait! I'll bring your towel OK?」
（犬をソファに上げるとき、いつもタオルを敷いている‥）
その後、タオルを敷いたとたんに、ソファに上がってくつろぎ始めたそうです。
それからしばらくして、犬がソファに頻繁に上がるようになっちゃいました。。
当然の顔して‥
しかも以前は隅の方で、遠慮がちにドーナツのように丸くなっていたのに、
最近では体も伸ばしきって、ソファの真ん中くらいまでテリトリーを広げつつあります。
あの時、Milがソファに上がることをもう許可してもらったと思ったのでしょうか‥
これ、どうしましょ。

桜木町のウォールペインティング
桜木町から横浜に向かってJRの高架下はこんなふうに、壁一面に絵が描かれています。
もともとは７０年代にロコ・サトシさんというウォールペインターがはじめて、今はいろいろな人たちが自分の作品を発表する場所になっているようです。
ときどき絵が代わっていたりするので、多分展示できる期間が決められているのかもしれません。
この道沿いには車がとめられないので、信号で止まるたびにパチリ、パチリと撮ってみました。
作品は思いおもいのスタイルで、統一されているわけではないのですが、この道を通っていると、そすごい独特の雰囲気。
昔はじめて横浜に来たときに、この壁をみて、「あぁ～横浜っぽいな～」
と思ったものです。なんかエキゾティックな雰囲気を感じたんです。

I like this way of expression and hope many other places will give the young people a chance to draw on wall their art work. I am still wondering why other places could not be opened for this kind of street art.
Some people may think that this is "dirty art". I agree but instead of doing illegal paintings on unforbiden walls! Young generation should be given more freedom and more space to express their art as well as their frustration. That is also right for the street dancers and other sport activities....
このようなペインティングを快く思わない人もいるかもしれません。
しかしひとつひとつの作品から他の人とは違うなにかを表現したいというパワーが伝わってきて圧倒されます。
若者たちにとって、自由に自分自身を表現することは大事なこと。
彼らにこのような自由な場所がもっと与えられればいいのに。
このような壁以外でも、ストリートダンス、スケートボード、バスケットボールなどの簡単なスペースなどなど、お金をかけずに、若者が自由に集まって時間を過ごす場所や自由な雰囲気がもっとあればいいなぁと思います。

Japanese Karoke Politics! BBC.～カラオケ政治
BBC news had a funny article about japanese politics this is a a short description:
-for the second time in less than a year, an unpopular premier gave up and announced abruptly he was to resign.
-it seems, we are back to the era of karaoke politics in Japan, where in quick succession different members of the ruling elite take turns to step up to the microphone and lead the country.
-the reality is that most Japanese prime ministers stay in office just long enough to meet the US president and get a photo to impress the grandchildren.
-I have been here since 2006. The latest prime minister is the fourth I have seen in office in that short time.
-In and out they go, like they are in a perpetually revolving door.
New prime ministers are appointed before other foreign leaders have had a chance to remember the name of the old one, but it does not seem to do much damage to the country.
-The reason, I am told, is that here the politicians do not actually matter. The country is run by the bureaucrats - the middle managers.
-I noticed he had five pieces of paper with densely typed briefings on his lap, one for each question I was expected to ask.
I started asking them but in the wrong order.
That prompted much harrumphing and agitated shuffling of papers from the audience of advisers clustered around us, but the prime minister, to his credit, soldiered gamely on.
The poor man looked like a puppet though, and the fact that he was clearly an intelligent, talented politician made the whole experience feel that much more depressing.
-Mr Aso is under pressure to call an early general election.
The odds are not looking good. More than half the country disapproves of him and he has been in the job less than a week.
But he has already been to New York and has plans to meet President George Bush in a few weeks' time.
Perhaps wisely, he is getting that important photo opportunity in early. He may not be around for very long.

ある時、この記者が福田元首相にインタビューする機会を与えられたという。
インタビューする内容はあらかじめ決められ、首相に渡されてある。
記者はインタビューする、順番を変えてみた。
そうしたらたちまち、周りの人たちが大パニックになった。
福田元首相はというと人事のように、なにも動じない。
それはもちろん、周りの人間が言われたとおりに話すだけの、あやつり人形だから。
こんな政治家ばかりの国が、経済世界第２位？
ああ、そうか！日本を支えているのは、政治家ではないのだ。
近いうちに解散総選挙が行われるだろう。
そのときに、麻生首相が、首相のポジションを守れるかどうかは疑問だ。
首相就任後すぐにニューヨークへ行ったのはそのためか。ブッシュとの写真を撮るよい機会だから。

フランス語の試験まで、あと１ヶ月半をきってしまいました。
最近焦りまくりの私。
まだまだいっぱい覚えることがある。と遅ればせながら、昨日気がついたのです
おそいよ～
間に合うか心配だけど、Milが試験まで協力してくれると言っているし、
「受からなくても勉強になるから」。
と言われてその気になって、受けるなら自分のレベルより少し上のを受けたい。と思って軽～い考えで申し込んでしまったど、そのレベルって
少し上のレベルじゃなく、
私にとってはかなり上のレベル
だったということが、最近判明。
でも申し込んだからには頑張るしかない！
これから１ヶ月できるだけのことはやろう。。と決意を固くしたと同時にあきらめの境地になった私でした。

Roppongi Hills date～六本木でデート
We went to Roppongi after we made a reservation in a restaurant. We changed our mind and we went to eat Spanish food! Roppongi Hills is busy during the weekdays with business men and workers from different companies in the building; during the weekends, it looks like Shibuya and Harajuku. Many young people meeting for dates. or eating outside. The atmosphere has changed.久しぶりに六本木でロマンティックなデートをしました！私たちは最近、犬優先の生活をしているので、こういうおしゃれな場所からは遠ざかっていました～六本木ヒルズはカップルたちや、待ち合わせをする人たちでいっぱい。Milは水を得た魚のよう。行きつけのレストランに連れて行ってくれました。
The Roppongi hils in the night with lights, nice view with lot of people taking pics or waiting for their dates! On the right side a view of Tokyo Tower from the first floor of Roppongi Hills. I have never seen it! But Oasis was there to show it to me.建物の間から東京タワーが見えました。きれい！
This is the club where we used to go with friends for drinks. It was not that busy tonight.

最近人気のあるブティックをのぞいて、服を見たりしました。しかしここのスタッフっていつ見ても、モデルのように着飾っているけど、全然配慮がないんですよね～人にぶつかっても謝らないとはどういうこと？青山の店でも同じだったけど‥
Our beagle was not happy waiting alone home. But once I took him for a walk and gave him some treats then he felt better! 家に帰ってドアを開けると、犬が走ってきました。さみしかったのね～その後Milとお散歩をして、ご機嫌回復！よかった！
