許せない

”チワワが怖くて蹴り殺した男が捕まった”というニュースを読みました。
信じられない事件。
犬が怖くて蹴ったというのはとても信じられない。
もし、その犬が攻撃的なドーベルマンやピットプルでも蹴ったのでしょうか？
そうは思わない。
小さくて自分に危害を及ぼさないとわかっているからこそ、蹴ったのではないでしょうか？

もし一歩譲って、その男が犬を怖いと思っているのなら、飼い主に
そのことを伝えればいいだけのこと。

なにかに不満があるのなら、その怒りなり、いらだちをこまめに自分の言葉を使って、表せばいい。
罪のない、弱い人間や動物にぶつける前に。

男の罪が器物損壊というのも納得がいきません。
犬は物ではないのです。

休日の過ごし方

近所にはショッピングセンターが乱立しています。
それなのに、さらに別の建物が建設中。きっと同じような店が立つのでしょう。
週末になると、ショッピングセンターの駐車場に入ろうとする車が、長蛇の列。
私たちのまちでは、見慣れた光景です。

ゲームセンターや、レストラン、目を刺激するものの数々。
このようなものは、わずかの間、人の心を満たしてくれるでしょう。
時々私たちもはまってしまうこんな習慣。自戒をこめて考えてみました。
与えられるだけの満足は長く続くのでしょうか？

Trip to Hakone

We are back again !

We had a short trip to Hakone yesterday. It was lot of fun! Since it was cool in the morning we left home around 6:30 AM. By the time we reached there it was hot and humid!

We stopped on the way many times to take some photos and especially Fujisan（the Mont Fuji)with less snow but always  beautiful to see!

Once there, we had to pull over many times to let some racers pass. I thought we were in Monaco Grand prix! With tourists everywhere it may be dangerous training for the next Grand prix!

We had rest close to the Ashinoko, too bad we could not take a ship trip.

We visited a camping where we talked to many campers, but the big surprise was our dog swimming in the lake! Yes a beagle in water, well actually I forced him into water and in his panic to get out as soon as possible he was swimming the first time in his life. He was also singing in the car, we will put his new single on Youtube soon.

Next trip to Karuizawa with its nice weather and lovely camping places.

泳げた！

En fin......notre chien a pu nager pour la première fois dans sa vie ! Brrrrrrrrrravo!!!

Il a fait TRES chaud et humide à Hakone aujourd'hui.

ついに、うちの犬が泳ぎました！生まれて初めての経験。

還暦を前にして‥びっくりしました。

箱根は思いのほか暑く、少しでも涼しいところへというわけで湖畔に行きました。

そこでパートナーがうちの犬を抱き上げて、湖に放り込んだんです。赤ちゃんをプールに放り込む要領で‥

そうしたら、４本の足を踏ん張り、水に着水したと思ったら、泳ぎだしました。

たぶん読者の皆様には伝わりづらいと思いますが、うちの犬は水が大嫌いで、水たまりでも思いっきりジャンプして避けるような、犬なのです。

というわけで、わたしはこんなに感動してしまっているわけです。

動物の本能というのは、あらためてすごいな～と思います。

たとえば、どんな犬でも迷子になったら、どうにかして家に帰ろうとすると思います。

今日のうちの犬が泳いだのも、ごく普通のことなのでしょう。

生き延びるために生まれつき備わった能力なのかもしれません。

人間の赤ちゃんでも、おしえたわけでもないのに、男の子は乗り物のおもちゃを好んだりすると聞いたことがあります。

遺伝子の中に組み込まれているかのように。

Weekend's plan

It has been a week since we held home BBQ party home. We had the chance to meet friends after a long time, but I was worrying about the noise that may come from 15 people eating and talking in residential area. But everything went smooth and the smell of grilled meat was not a problem. Maybe we should ask dogs in our neighbors if it was problem. They may have a big problem controlling their appetites. It turns out that the big problem was our friends’ kids and the dogs fighting and having fun!

Since we moved away from our friends three years ago, it was hard to meet any of them regularly. We are trying however to gather people from different countries.  

One week since this party and today we have been thinking about where to go this weekend, suddenly we decided to go to…Hakone! We started already making preparation.

Once back we will write our stories separately.
