宅トレ開始!!!
こんにちは!バイリンガル育児中の一児のアラサーママ今日も元気にブログ更新Hi!I'm a mother of one kidwho is raising bilingual kid.I'll update my blog today as well.みんな、運動って適度にしてるAre you all exercising in moderation?私は元々バスケをやってて、息子を産んだ後もちょこちょこやってたんだけど、徐々に頻度が少なくなってったI used to play basketball,and continued to play occasionallyafter giving birth to my son,but gradually the frequency decreased.そして気づけば最後にバスケをしてからすでに4ヶ月も経ってたのAnd before I knew it,it had already been four monthssince I last played basketball.夫が3×3のプロチームに入ってそっちの試合があったり、それに伴ってスクールを頼まれてその予定が入ったりして私のバスケをする時間が減ったMy husband joined a professional 3x3 teamand had to play in games,and he also had to teach school,so I had less time to play basketball.まぁ、私自身のバスケ熱も無くなってきたし、”夫ばっかり・・・!”っていうふうには思わないんだけど・・・Well, my own passion for basketballhas faded,so I don't really think,"It's always my husband!"but,,,,それでも運動不足っStill not enough exercise!!!息子と公園に行ったとしてもウォーキングと呼べるほど歩かないし、それなのに食事はずっと一緒だしEven when I go to the park with my son,we don't walk enough to be called walking,and yet I still eat the same amountof food as before.ぶくぶく太ってってるってわけでは無いけど、このまま行くと確実にマズイI'm not particularly fat,but if I continue like this,it's definitely going to be bad.24時間ジムは独身の頃は通ってたけど今はそこまで重要視できずI used to go 24 hour gymswhen I was single,but now I don't see it as important.ということで、宅トレを始めることにしたよSo I decided to start training at home.もう4ヶ月も運動していないとトレーニング内容も初心者レベルからやるしかないI haven't been exercising for four months,so I have no choicebut to start training from beginner level.下手に上級者向けの内容をしてどこか身体を痛めるより初心者向けのレベルからやった方が絶対に良いの分かってるI know that it's definitelybetter to start at a biginner levelthan to do something foradvanced people and hurt yourself.そして、久しぶりに宅トレをした今日。And today I did some home trainingfor the first time in a while.内容は、・プランク(30秒×2)・ヒップリフト(30回×2)・片足ヒップリフト(10回×1)・スクワット(30回×2)・ワイドスクワット(30回×2)・バックキック(20回×2)・レッグアダクション(30回×1)The exercise include:Plank(30 seconds x2)Hip lifts(30 lepsx2)Single leg hip lifts(10 leps x1)Squats(30 leps x2)Wide squats(30 leps x2)Back kick(20 leps x2)Leg adduction(30 leps x1)とりあえずこれだけやったけど、終わった後は足がガクガクI did just this for now,but my legs were shaking after I finished.私の場合、妊娠・出産でお尻が垂れてそのせいで足が太く見えてるから(実際太くなったのかもだけど笑)とにかくお尻を鍛えようとIn my case,pregnancy and childbirthcaused my butt to sag,which made my legs look thicker(although maybe they actually did, lol).I just wanted to tone my butt.お尻ってなかなか成果が出にくい場所らしく、しばらくはこのメニューを続けていくよIt seems like it's hardto see results in the buttocks,so I'll continue this regimen for a while.終わった後、「キッツ・・・」って一人で呟いてたよAfter it was over,I was muttering to my self,"That was tough..."lolただ、今は妊活中だからもし妊娠が分かったらあまり下腹部に負荷がかからない内容に変更するつもりHowever,I'm currently trying to conceive,so if I find out I am pregnant,I plan to change the exerciseto something that doesn't put too muchstrain on my lower abdomen.それまでは毎日頑張るぞーーーーUntil then,I'll do my best every day.
