【妊活】2人目どうする？？
こんにちは！バイリンガル育児中の一児のアラサーママ今日も元気にブログ更新Hi!I'm a mother of one childwho is raising bilingual kid.I'll update my blog today as well.さて、今回は2人目妊活についてNow, about trying to conceivea second child.まず初めに”命は授かりもの”というのは重々承知の上で書いていることをご理解くださいFirst of all,please understand thatI am fully aware that"life is a gift."年の差兄弟を理想としていた。The ideal was having siblingswith an age difference.実は私、元々1人目と2人目は4・5歳くらい離そうと思っていたの。Actually,I originally wanted my first andsecond children to be about4 or 5 years apart.4～5歳が離れていると、上の子が自分のことはある程度自分でやってくれたり、下の子を可愛がってくれるかなと思ってたI thought that with a 4-5 year age gap,the older child would be able to take careof themselves to a certain extentand would dote on the younger one.でも、将来自分のサロンをオープンさせるとなると、ちょっとタイミングが悪いなとHowever, I felt thatthe timing was a bit offwhen it came to openingmy own salon in the future.半年以内には妊活開始現在、専業主婦の私。今後の人生設計の中でどうしても譲れない条件があってI'm currently a full time housewife.There is one condition in my future life planthat I absolutely cannot compromise on.2人は子供が欲しいオンライン英会話を習いたいサロンをオープンさせたい・I want to have two children.・I want to take online English lessons.・I want to open my salon.となると、年の差兄弟だと1番最後の条件のサロンオープンに支障をきたすかもIn the fact,I thought that having siblings with an age deffencemight interfere with the last cinditionof opening a salon.なぜかというと、例えば・・・The reason is,for example...今からサロンオープン準備して、順調にオープン出来たとする。Let's assume that I start preparingto open my salon nowand that it opens smoothly.現在息子が2歳だから、サロンオープンして1～2年で2人目妊娠・出産。My son is currently two years old,so I became pregnant andgeve birth to my second childwithin one or two years of opening the salon.妊娠中は施術できないわけではないけど、ずっと立ちっぱなしだし施術者側は意外と腹圧がかかる。It's not impossible to perfomthe treatment during pregnancy,but I will be atanding for the entire timeand the prectitioner will be under asurprising amount of abdominal pressure.そうなるとお腹の子も心配だし臨月～出産後はサロンを閉めなければいけない。If that happens,I'll have to worry about thebaby in my belly,and I'll have to close the salonfrom the final manth until after I give birth.お客様にも迷惑がかかるIt also causes inconvenience to customers.これだけは避けたいI just want to avoid this!ということで、年の差兄弟は理想のままとなったSo, the age difference between siblings remains the ideal.効率の良さを考えると・・・Considering efficiency...息子が3歳になり幼稚園へ行きだしたタイミングで私が妊娠中がベストThe best time was when I was pregnant,when my son turned 3 and started kindergarten.妊娠中に2つ目の条件のオンライン英会話と3つ目の条件のサロンオープンの準備を少しずつやれば良しWhile I was pregnant,I could gradually prepare for the second condition,online English conversation,and the third condition,opening a salon.となると十月十日を逆算すると、息子が2歳半くらいの時にはすでに妊娠できていると良いかなIn the case,if I count backwards from10 months and 10 days,I should be pregnant by the timemy son is about 2 and a half years old.2つだけ懸念点が・・・I only have two concerns...幼稚園で風邪を貰う可能性あり（臨月妊婦もしくは新生児がいる家庭には怖い）サロンオープン後の2人目の預け先・There's a chance of catching a cold at kindergarten.(This is a concern for families with pregnant woman or newborns.)・A second place tp leave my child after the salon opens.この2つの懸念点をどうするかをこの先考えないとなーーーーーーI need to think about how to addressthese two concerns.最初にも書いたように”命は授かりもの”というのは重々承知しています。As I wrote at the biginning,I'm well weare that life is a gift.妊活という言葉が最近世の中でよく目にします。The term,"trying to get pregnant"is something we see often these days.妊娠しにくい（出来ない）方がいるのも分かっていますし、私自身2人目も無事に妊娠できるかも分かりません。I know that some people have difficulty(or are unable to) get pregnat,and I myself don't knowif I will be able to get pregnantsuccessfully with a second child.ただ、やはり私は私の人生があってある程度の人生設計があります。However, I have my own lifeand I have a certain amount of life plan in mind.最近は妊活のために色んな情報やグッズもあるし、方法もたくさんあります。These days,there is a lot of information,products, and methodsavailable to halp you get pregnant.もちろん家族の協力も必要です。Of course,I also need the support of my family.それを理解している上で今回書きました。I wrote this article with that understanding.気を悪くした方がいたら申し訳ありません。I'm sorry if I offended anyone.きっと私は”妊活するぞ！”と意気込むと逆に妊娠しにくくなるかもなので私はのんびりと自然の流れに身を任せつつ、その中でも自分が出来ることをやっていこうと思います。I'm sure that if I get too excited abouttrying to get pregnant,it might actually make it harderfor me to get pregnant,so I'm going to take it easyand let things take their natural course,while doing what I can within that.
