【2人目】ついに出産！！！
こんにちは！バイリンガル育児中の二児の母今日も元気にブログ更新Hi!I'm a motherof two raising my children bilingually.Updating the blog with plentyof energy again today!今回は出産レポを書きますThis time, I'm writing a birth story.2026年7月26日 a.m.4:20この日は夜中全然寝れず、朝方まで起きてました。少しウトウトした頃に急にバシャーっと破水July 26, 2026, 4:20 AM.I hadn't been able to sleepat all that nigntand had stayed up until morning.Just as I was starting to doze off,my water suddenly brokewith a massive gush.すぐに夫を起こし、タクシーで夫と息子と3人で病院へI immediately woke my husband up,and the three of us took a taxi to the hospital.夫は立ち会い予定だったので実母にも病院に来てもらって息子を預けましたMy husband was planning to bepresent for the birth,so I had my mother come to the hospitalto look after our son.破水もしたので最初は分娩室にいましたが、なかなか陣痛が進まないので一旦個室へと移動My water had broken,so I was initially in the delivery room,but since my contractions weren't progressing well,I was moved to a private room for the time being.それからずっと30分に1回というスローペースで陣痛がきていましたFrom then on,my contractions continued at a slow pacecoming just once evry 30 minutes.2026年7月26日 p.m.11:00陣痛の間隔が10分にJuly 26, 2026, 11:00 PMContractions are now 10 minutes apart.そしてその20分後には5分間隔になり始めましたAnd twenty minutes later,they started occurringat five minutes intervals.2026年7月27日 a.m.0:10分娩室へ移動July 27, 2026, 0:10 AMMoved to the delivery room.このまま4:00まで陣痛に耐えて、内診してもらったらまだ子宮口2cmI endured the contractions until 4:00,but when I had an internal exam,my cervix was still only 2cm dilated.だんだんイキみたくなって、a.m.4:30 子宮口8cmGradually feeling the urge to push4:30 a.m., cervix dilated 8cm.助産師産たちが出産の準備に取り掛かって、一度大きくイキむThe midwives begin preparing for the birth,and then the baby pushes hard once.赤ちゃんの頭が出てきて、助産師産に「このまま呼吸しっかりしよう！」と言われてイキまず深く呼吸をするAs the baby's head emerged,the midwife told me,"Keep breathing steadily like this!"so I focused on breathing deeplyinstead of pushing.最後に赤ちゃんの肩を出すときに少しイキんで、2026年7月27日 a.m.4:45無事に女の子が生まれましたI pushed a little to deliver the baby'sshoulders at the very end,and at 4:45 a.m. on July 27, 2026,a baby girl was safely born.出生体重は3244gThe birth wight was 3244g.息子の時より200gくらい大きく生まれましたShe was born about 200gheavier than my son was.実は産まれてすぐに産声をあげなかったんですActually, she didn't let out a first cryright after she was born.臍の緒が首に巻き付いていたとかLike the umbilical cord was weappedaround her neck,or something like that.でも数秒後には泣いてくれて、私にとってその数秒間はとても生きた心地がしなかったですBut a few seconds later,the baby criedand for me, those few secondsfelt like an enternity whereI hardly felt arive.私自身は、会陰切開は無く胎盤もしっかり綺麗に全て出ましたI didn't need an episiotomy,and the placenta came outcomplately and cleanly.ですが、出血量が多く通常産んだ後2時間はそのまま分娩台の上で安静ですが、今回3時間安静を指示されましたHowever, due to heavy bleeding,I was instucted to remain at reston the delivery bed for three hours,whereas the usual procedure is two hours.夫は息子の時も今回も横でずっと支えてくれて本当に頼りになりましたMy husband was a huge sourceof support right by my side,both when I had my son and this time aroundhe was truly dependable.息子の時とは全然違うシチュエーションで本当に妊娠・出産はそれぞれで違うんだなと実感しましたThe situation was complately differentfrom when I was pregnant with my son,which really made me realizethat every pregnancy and childbirthexperience is unique.その後、私も娘も特に何も異常なく無事に退院しましたAfter that,both my daughter and I weredischarged safly,with no particular issues.これから大変なことも多いと思いますが家族4人で乗り越えていこうと思いますI imagine there will be many challenges agead,but the four of us in the familyintend to overcome them together.
