肩が痛くて
腕がだるくて、痛くて、重い
なんとも言えない痛みなんだよね
これが
ズキズキでもなく
ものすごく痛いわけでもない
病むというのか

いつもの整形外科に行ってきた
首からきている神経障害だと思うよと
看護婦さんも
レントゲン技師さんも
I went to the clinic.
A nurse and X-ray technician said it might be nerve issue.
えー😱って感じ
No way.
確かにヘルニアの始まりは肩で
肩が痛くて整形外科に行ったら
ヘルニアの診断だった
Exactly, at first, my shoulder hurt.
I went to the clinic because it was hurting.
Doctor said I have a hernia.
1軒目の整形外科は
五十肩ですねと
しかし、腕も上がるしーと思っていたら
どんどんひどくなり、腕も上がらず
The doctor at the clinic I went to for the first time said I had Gojyukata.
But I could raise my arm. After that, it became terrible, and I couldn’t raise my arm anymore.
そして2軒目
頚椎ヘルニアですねと
And the doctor at the clinic I went to the second time said I had hernia.
今回も肩から腕が痛いけど、腕は上がるし
確かに一緒かも
あの時の恐怖がよみがえった
This time, I felt pain from my shoulder to my arm. But I could raise my arm. I thought same as that time.
来週MRI ですけど
前回の時は変化なしだったけど
今回はどうかな
I’m going to get an MRI next week.
It didn’t show changs last time.
How about this time?
ひどくならないようにリハビリ頑張らないと
I should get rehabilitations so that my hernia doesn’t become terrible.
