New details are emerging in Friday's school massacre in Connecticut. Police have revealed that Adam Lanza shot his mother at home multiple times before heading to the school. The 20-year-old then shot his way into the school, where he killed 26; most of them: children.
Across Newtown Sunday morning, many residents sought comfort in their churches. But one of their churches, where some of the victims worshiped, had to be evacuated after a phoned-in threat. Shaken parishioners rushed from the area but a short time later police gave the all-clear.
Hillary Clinton is recovering at home and has cancelled all work events during the up-coming week that after the Secretary of State fainted and sustained a concussion while suffering from a stomach virus last week.
And more than four thousand people dressed as Santa Claus took part in a charity race just outside of Paris; the aim of the event was to support organizations that help people from the third world.
