Supporting Ishikawa Prefecture with Nigori Sake

本文 Body Text
前回に紹介した金沢「中村屋」で醸造されたもので、今回は、にごり酒です。
It's brewed at Nakamuraya in Kanazawa, which I introduced last time, and this time it's nigori sake.
夕食の時に、併せて飲みました。
I also drank it with dinner.
にごり酒と言うと、どぶろくのような甘い味わいを連想したのですが、こちらは、キリッと引き締まった鋭い味わいで、吟醸酒のような豊かな香りも楽しめました。
When I think of nigori sake, I associate it with the sweet taste of doburoku, but this one had a sharp taste, and I enjoyed the rich aroma of ginjo sake.
これは、もっと濃い味のものと併せると良いですね。
This would be great to pair with something with a stronger flavor.
（こってりしたお肉の料理など）
(Dishes with rich meat, etc.)
ともあれ、とても美味しく、いただきました。(^o^)
Anyway, it was very delicious and I enjoyed it.
