「少しでも石川県を支援できれば」と、弟が買った日本酒。
''If I can help Ishikawa Prefecture even a little bit,'' my younger brother bought the sake.
こちら、「加賀鳶」です。
This is "Kagatobi".
ご覧の通り、金沢市が醸造元ですね。(^^)
As you can see, Kanazawa City is the brewer.
私がお気に入りの肉のミンチとキャベツが２層になっているメンチカツで、晩酌。
A dinner drink with my favorite minced meat cutlet, which has two layers of minced meat and cabbage.
まずは、冷やで日本酒をいただきました。
First, I had some cold sake.
美味い！ (^^)
Delicious !
そして、半分を熱燗で。
And half of it is served hot.
おお！ 豊かなコクが増して、実に美味しい！

石川県だけでなく、やはり被害を受けた富山県や新潟県のものを買って、経済を回し、支援していこうと、私も思っています。(^o^)
