This sign reminds me of Yasuo Shin-nosuke's famous phrase
in the Yoshimoto comedies that goes:
"Let me make it clear to you that
you must huh-huh-huh, huwe-huwe-huwe～."
Excuse me if this is famous only in the Kansai region.
