always from scratch

Huuuuuummm,,,,

I don't like job hunting. It's a night mare for me.

It's reeeeeally time consuming, I spent so much time on going through job postings, pick out ones appears to match my qualification. write cover letter, submit it along with my resume.....

Wait for a week or two, you don't hear from the employers. This puts me down....
It's a whole repetition of this, and it just doesn't work for me....

It's such an inefficient way I feel......

You apply for a job, which seems right to you, and get a little excitement. However the job won't fall on you....
This is a dissapointment, and yes demotivates you... and over a few declins on the jobs, this whole process of applying a job starts being seen as something like you are obligated to do,,,, it is not fun....

I always think graduating from school, getting a graduate job, which could last for a few years possibly many more years should be more exciting and not boring...

I like recruiting agencies. They always have found me jobs when I was in Japan. I didn't spend much time to get to interviews. I like this, because I can know only so much about the companies I decide to apply, and I have to show them as if I fell in love with working for you...... It's all bullshit...

You never know until you start.... So let's leave all bullshiting, and let's get to it.. This way you know if you like it or not without putting much time and effort...

Do you think it's a lazy way of thinking???

I think it's a modern way of doing this right. Things always change, you always keep up with it to maximize the benefits of it.

I mean opinions dffer from person to person. However, you always know what to do...

So why not do it the way you think is right, if a thing doesn't work, you start to doubt your way and that is ok.

When this happens, that is when you start opening your mind to other opinions, and take the one sound most right to you...

um,... It is not exactly what I wanted to write today......

Anyway, I leave that job searching up to an agency...
