バークレー発のカップケーキ屋さん
Cupcakin’ Bake Shop
2007年からカップケーキのケータリングビジネスを始めたLila Owensさんが、
2014年にバークレーに第一号店をオープン。
現在は、サンフランシスコを含むベイエリアに5店舗とジョージア州アトランタに1店舗
サンフランシスコは、NBAゴールデンステートウォーリアーズのスタジアム、
チェースセンターの敷地内にあります。
チェースセンター店は、2022年10月にオープンして、チェースセンターのウェブサイトには、
環境を破壊せず持続可能な職人スタイルのカップケーキのお店として紹介されていました。

４つ入る箱に
ケーキの部分が、しっとりと柔らかく、そして甘くなくて美味しかったです。
上のフロスト部分は結構甘いと個人的には思いました。
キーライムパイも人気のようです。
毎日６時まで開いているのは貴重です。

A cupcake shop from Berkeley;
Cupcakin’ Bake Shop
Lila Owens started a cupcake catering business in 2007 opening her first shop in Berkeley in 2014. At present, there are 5 locations in San Francisco and the Bay Area and 1 location in Atlanta, Georgia. For the San Francisco location, it’s located on the premises of Chase Center, NBA’s Golden State Warriors’ home stadium. This one opened in October, 2022 and it was introduced as ““a sustainable, artisan-style cupcake shop” on Chase Center’s website.
We found a little building that had glass walls tucked away in between two restaurants.The pink color was a keynote inside. A variety of pretty cupcakes were lined up a the counter. The presentation was good and it was difficult to select what to buy. We bought 4 cupcakes; the Cookies & Cream, Vanilla Slated Caramel, Strawberry Cupcake and Vegan Chocolate Coconut. All 4 cupcakes were nicely put in a tiny box that fitted 4. Cupcakes were moist and soft, which was great and it was not too sweet. The top icing part was very sweet in my opinion but I’m sure people who have sweet tooth would love it. Apparently, their Key Lime Pie cupcake is popular.
It is nice that they are open everyday until 6pm.
