１６本作ったところで、ようやくロッドビルドガチ勢の最低限のツールを手に入れてしまいました。
手始めに廃材のストレートグリップのEVAを削って、これまた廃材のEVAと余っていたアルミリングで、自作のGp7070を使ったビッグベイト用/雷魚用ベイトロッドのグリップを作成。接着してないのでちょっとズレて見えますが、ぴったりの大きさです。
軸に使ったボルトにEVAがぴったりになるようにビニールテープでかさ増ししたりと、色々とセットアップは若干面倒ですが、いざ加工になると、まー簡単。素手でやってた時とは比較にならないほど簡単に、短時間で、そして綺麗に加工できました。
もっと早く購入しとけば良かった。。。
というわけで人生初のベイトロッド作成が始まります。が、ぼちぼちゆっくりやっていきます。ちょっと最近お金かけすぎたので、、、
まずは作った渓流用ロッドのテストやら、勝浦の方への遠征プランを練るところからです。

High Precision Durability Bead Polisher Machine
After making 16 pieces, I finally got the bare minimum tools for serious rod building.
To start, I used waste straight grip EVA to shape a custom grip for a big bait/elephant fish bait rod using a homemade GP7070 and leftover aluminum rings. The pieces are not glued together, so they may look slightly misaligned, but they fit perfectly.
Setting up various things with vinyl tape to make EVA fit nicely on the bolt was a bit tedious, but once I started the machining process, it was surprisingly easy. It was much easier and quicker compared to doing it bare-handed, and the results were clean.
I should have purchased it earlier...
So, I'm beginning my first-ever bait rod creation. I'll take it slowly and steadily because I've been spending too much money recently...
First, I'll test the rod I made for mountain streams and plan an expedition to Katsuura.
