基本的にはメールやチャットで解決を目指すのですが、どうしても解決しない事例もあります。そういう時は、私は上司に「行ってきちゃいますね」と許可をもらって出向いてしまいます♪
とり「はじめまして、XXグループのとりと申します」
ユーザーさん「わざわざ来ていただいてすみません」
とり「すみません、は無しでお願いします～。私もすまなくなってしまうので(^_^;)。笑顔でさくっと解決しちゃいましょう♪」
この切り口で、ほとんどの方は笑顔になってくださいます。そうすると、会話も弾むようになり、状況のヒアリングもスムーズに行きます♪
また、こうすることで、いつか逆の立場になった時、「あ、あの時・・・！」となるかもしれません。
信頼関係づくりは笑顔から。この考え方、いかがでしょう？

Good evening, this is Tori's writing. My recent works are not only system management of servers but to support users to upgrade Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 to 11. Many users could do it safely, but some of them have troubles to do it. :<
Basically, I make effort to fix it by sending and receiving mails or chatting, but sometimes I can't solve it by doing so. Then I consult my boss to go to his (her) office and go there!
Tori "Hi, my name is Tori, a member of XX group."
An user "I'm sorry, I apologize you to come here."
Tori "Please don't say "I'm sorry." I also have to apologize. My smile will be able to solve the problem!"
Such talking make almost users smile. Then we can talk many things without stress and I can hear how computers went wrong. :-)
Also, when I will be in trouble someday and then the user will meet me, he (she) remember me and may help me!
A relationship is made by smile. How do you think about my thinking?
