今日、私は職場を定時に出て、新宿へ。先週部下が起こってしまった不祥事の報告をしに・・・(T_T)。そうしたら、そこには報告をする方以外に、新しいメンバーの方がいらっしゃいました。私は報告をしつつ、後半はその方へのアドバイスをすることに♪
とり「どんなシステムを保守、運用する立場になっても、そこには相手、お客様がいらっしゃいます。理屈だけではなくて、相手がどういうことを望んでいるかを考えないと、結局相手には伝わらないんです」
Ａさん「なるほど～」
とり「お客さんと同じ目線でものを言うと・・・喜ばれますよ(^_^)」
そしてその後、私は一緒に食事へ。
とり「さっきの話ですけどね、ペンギン
も一緒なんですよ～♪ ペンギンたちを同じ目線で観察すると、今まで見つけられなかった発見がたくさんあります。実は鋭い目つきをしているとか、興味を持ったら近づいてきてくれるとか・・・」Ａさん「ぺ、ぺんぎん・・・(^_^;;;)」
あれ、例えがおかしかったかなぁ～(^_^;;;;;)。
Good evening, this is Tori's writing.
Today I left my office at 5:30 PM and went to Shinjuku to report my man's incident......(T_T). Then I saw not only persons who I must report but also a new member. First I reported the incident, but after reporting, I was told to give an advice to him!
Tori "Whatever system you may conserve, there are customers who use it. If you say about only logic and not say about things the customers want to hear, you can't tell them what you want to say."
Mr.A "I see."
Tori "If you talk as the same point of view of the customers, you will be welcome(^_^)."
And then, we went to take a dinner.
Tori "The talk some time ago will also lead to penguins
! If you see penguins as the same point of view of them, you can find many things you couldn't find before. They have sharp eyes, or they are interested in you and come near you, or......"Mr.A "P......Penguins......(^_^;;;)"
Oh, did I say anything wrong???(^_^;;;;;)
