車掌さん「本日、川越線内での強風の影響で埼京線のダイヤにも乱れが発生しております。後続の列車が遅れているため、当列車は池袋駅で６分停車いたします。また、本日に限りまして行き先を大宮に変更し、各駅停車で運転いたします。ご利用のお客様には・・・（以下省略）」

Good evening, this is Tori's writing. Today I went to Odawara to join a practice of Mulberry Chamber Choir. Due to heavy snow, the Shonan-Shinjuku line train I usually take is suspended, so I decided to take a Saikyo line train to go to Shinjuku. The rapid service train for Shin-Kiba I took delayed three minutes, so it was nearly ACCIDENT, but it was not good on my way home(T_T).
I took the 6:00 PM rapid service train for Kawagoe, but when it stopped at Ikebukuro station :
The conductor "Today, due to strong wind on the Kawagoe line, the diagram of the Saikyo line is also congested. Because the next train is delayed, this train stops at Ikebukuro station for six minutes. In addition, this train's destination is changed to Omiya station and it will be operated as a local train.
