外人上司たち　/ my foreign bosses

去年までの外人女性上司とその上の外人上司は、今年になってもいろいろと気にかけてくれる。
日本に来たら話そうと言ってくれる。
日本人よりも近しいと思うこともある。
そんなもんかな。


My former female foreign boss and her boss take care of me still now.
They tell me to talk when they come to Japan.
I sometimes feel them nearer than my Japanese bosses.
That kind of things often happen.

次男バイト / my son’s part time job

次男がバイトにやる気を見せ始めた。
時給が変動するバイトなので、なるべく時給を高くキープしたいようだ。
販売とか向いてないから、新たなスキル習得にいいかも。

My second son is getting to focus on his part-time job to keep his fee high as possible.
I am happy that he will acquire new skills to sell things.

三男ホームステイ開始 / host family

三男がカナダで今日からホームステイ先にお世話になります。
今回のカナダ研修で最も期待しているプログラム。
長男みたいに三男のやる気スイッチが押されないかな。


My youngest son began to stay at his host family today in Canada.
I wish my youngest son would be encouraged by his host family like my first son.

長男 / my first son

長男が、「俺は必ずアパートを持って経営する。なんならマンションだ。」と最近言ってる。
金持ち父さん風。
何も教えてないのに面白い。


My first son says that he will have and manage his own apartment. Mansion will be better.
It is like the rich father.
It is interesting even though I haven’t told him anything.

”祈り / a prayer”


祈りは通じて、回復しています。
復帰も見えてきました。
よかったです。


My colleague has recovered due to our prayers.
He will come back to job soon.
We are happy.

カナダ　/ Canada

カナダ滞在中の三男。
写真がアップされるのでちょくちょく見てます。
元気そう。


My youngest son stays in Canada.
The photos are sometimes updated and I check them.
I hope he is good.

長男夏休み終了　/ end of summer vacation

長男が今日から大学に行くようです。
長かった夏休みも終わりです。
次男はまだもう少し夏休みらしい。

My first son begins to go to university today..
Long summer vacation finished.
My second son is still on summer vacation for a while.

4年前に書いたものだけど、今でも活用できそうなので、まとめることに。
この本を読んでなぜ自分がここまでこれたのかについて気づいた点。

・仕事を続ける意志が強かったこと
・キャリア初期に産んだ子供が双子であり、大変すぎたこと、自分1人でできなかったこと
・最初の会社を退職する形で挫折しているが、そのあと自分なりのキャリア形成を続けたこと
・男子の多い環境で育ち、男女の違いに対する理解があったこと
・キャリア形成を主軸に投資をしたこと

どこかで使おう。


I tried to summarize my findings in reading the book “dilemma of the childcare leave generation” which is why I came here.

- Have strong will to keep working.
- Had twins as my first children and didn’t care them alone.
- Gave up my career by resigning my first company once but have kept developing my original career.
- Have understandings about men by environmental where I grew up with boys.
- invested for developing my career.

I will use them.


ママ友 / my friends whose children were my sons’ fr

保育園と幼稚園のママ友と久しぶりに飲み会。
私にとっては、最初のママ友たち。

子供たちの、一番年上が大学四年生。
年下が三男ともう1人で中2。
いやー大きくなったものです。

いろいろあるね、子供たち。

みんな働く母だから、その観点でもものすごく話題は尽きない。

大切な友人たちです。

I had dinner with my friends who were my sons’ friends’ mothers.
For me they are the first friend as mothers.

Our children, the oldest is a university student on the fourth grade.
The youngest are on the 8 th grade at middle school including my youngest son.
I am moved that all of the children have grown up.

There are many concerns about them.

Also all of us are working mothers and we have many concerns about it.

They are the important friends.


グローバル女性カウンシル / global women’s council

社内のglobal の女性カウンシルメンバーになりました。
日本を代表してなのかな。
久しぶりに再立ち上げをしたカウンシルのようで、どんなことができるのか楽しみ。
忙しくなるけどね。

I became a member of a global women’s council internally.
Imgur be a representative of Japan.
It has been launched after a long time and I am excited to be there.
I will be more busy, though.
