In June, in my living area, we ran water into rice paddies and plant young rice plant. This sceenery is one of my favorites, reflecting sunset light on the water and swaying.
Today, I'd like to introduce my favorite gin. The very right one is Japanese gin. It uses Japanse mandarin, and flovor is a little sweet mandarin. It goes nice to devide by tonic water. If you like gin tonic, this would be a very nice souvenir of Japan trip.
Middle one is Bombay Sapphire. Fravor is very fresh, and I think it's nice to drink this in hot summer.
The left one is KYRO from Finland. This gin lead me to love gin tonic. This has a little herbal flavor and I really love this.
Today, on my way to office, I found a market shop which sells Nihon-shu, Japanese Sake. Bottles seem very fashonable, and the concept of this shop was so interesting, so I went back to this shop after my work.
I bought 12 small bottles, and each bottles represent the images of "time" from 6pm to 5 am.
To be honest, I used to believe that Nihon-shu with fashonable bottle is interesting but not so much "Nihon-shu". However, these Nihon-shu is very Nihon-shu, like can enjoy rice-kouji flavor and doesn't have any unnatural sweetness.
We can enjoy 12 different Nihon-shu in HINEMOS. Some of them are fizzy, some of them have unique aromas, and some of them are very Nihon-shu.
I will definitely enjoy these 12 bottles with my hasband!
