Melbourne Queen Victoria Market。。。。。
昨日、豪州最大のマーケット「クイーンビクトリアマーケット」に行ってきました。
魚、肉、デリ、野菜、ワイン、日用雑貨などなんでも揃っている市場です。
I went to the Biggest market in Australia yesterday.
The Queen Victoria Market.
It has everything from Fish, Meat, Deli, Vegetables,
fruits, and lots of other things!
肉も魚もスゴく新鮮！
The meats and seafoods are soooo fresh!
デリにはサラミからチーズが沢山！
There were lots of salami and cheese in the Deli section.
外に出ると野菜と果物が～
And outside, there are heaps of Veges and Fruits~
食べ物だけじゃなく、洋服や鞄、色々あるんです。
There are also clothes and bags, and other things here!
でね、マーケットにはスゴい有名なスナックがあるんだ。
「スパニッシュドーナツ」
行列だし、何だろう？と思ってオレも並んでみた。
Lots of people tell me to try this "Spanish Donut" things...
There were heaps of people lining up, so I lined up as well.
なるほどね、チュロスね！
Oh yea, I know this!
It's Churros!!
スゴい旨かった！w
It was so yummy!!
スーパーで買うより、ビクトリアマーケットで買った方が新鮮だし安いんだ！
例えば、ニンジン１袋（１０本）が１ドル！！！
安っ！！
Instead of buying at your local super market,
I think it's fresher and cheaper to buy at the Vic Markets.
For eg, I bought a bag of carrots (about 10 in a bag) for $1!!!
Cheaaaaap!

Music Party in Melbourne。。。。。
昨夜は友達のホームパーティーに行ってきました。
２５人ぐらいの集まり、８組のミュージシャン。
食べ物とお酒をenjoyしながらミニライブも！w
オレは自分の曲を２曲、そしてArmfieldとして２曲演奏しました。
他のミュージシャンはシンガーソングライターでした。
みんなはキッチンの床やイスに座ってました。
初めて人前で演奏する人もいました。
スエーデンからの友達も演奏しました。
スゴくあたたかくて楽しい空間で、気持ちよく演奏が出来ました。
８時からミニライブがスタートして、終わったのが１１時過ぎでした。
その後はみんなと深夜まで語り合いました。
楽しかった～！！w

Last night, we went to a friend's party.
About 25 people rocked up, and there were 8 groups of musicians.

My friend's cat, Baloo。。。。。
２日前に前のアパートから友達の家に引っ越しました。
友達の家には７月まで泊まる予定です。
そこの家には可愛いネコがいるんです！
しかもスゴい甘えん坊。
ネコって言うよりも犬っぽい感じ。
ブルーくんです。(Baloo)
ジャングルブックのクマと同じ名前です。
この子、部屋のドアが閉まってても自分で開けれるんですよ！
今朝、オレの部屋に入ってきてオレと一緒にベッドの中に潜り込んだんだ。w
寒いからあたためてくれたんだ。w
ブルーくんの特技、STAR WARSのヨーダのモノマネ。笑
マジ癒される。w
現在メルボルン国内空港にいます～
後ちょっとでボーディングです。
二つのイベント出演のため２週間ブリスベンに戻ります。
帰ったら愛犬のHAPPYに会える～★

About 2 days ago, I moved out of my apartment,
and moved into my friend's house.
Will be staying with them till July.
They have a cute cat at their house.
Big attention seeker!! :)
He acts more like a dog than a cat. haha
His name is Baloo, just like the bear from Jungle Book.
He can open doors by himself!
This morning, he opened my bedroom door and crawled
into my bed!
He kept me warm~ :)
Baloo is also good at impersonating YODA from Star Wars.
hahahaha
He is soooo cute!!
I'm currently at Melbourne Domestic Airport.
Will be boarding soon.
Heading back to Brisbane for 2 performances.
I get to see my lovely dog, Happy when I get home!!

また引っ越し。。。。。
現在住んでるメルボルンのマンションは、親の親友のマンションで元々最初から短期間でした。
メルボルンへ引っ越してきて３ヶ月ぐらい。
この高級マンションとは今日でお別れです。
前のブログでも話しましたが、６月はほぼブリスベンとシドニーでライブなのでメルボルンにはあんまりいません。
次へ引っ越す場所はまだ決まってないが、６月メルボルンにいる数日はArmfieldのバンドメンバーの家に泊まらせてもらいます。
こうやって今のマンションに住まされてくれて、バンドメンバーの所で泊まらせてもらったり、沢山の友達が色々とhelpしてくれてます。
こういう時ってマジで友達に感謝です。
みんな、本当にありがとう！
やっと昨夜、荷物がまとまりました。
日本に行った２００６年から今まで、もう１０回以上は引っ越ししました。Orz
正直、引っ越しは好きじゃないな。
生活の一部が「とりあえず」って感じになるからね。
まぁ、とりあえず（笑）今は仕方ない。w
７月にまたメルボルン内で引っ越します。
明日はメルボルンでストリートライブの許可をとるオーディションなので頑張ってきます！！

The apartment that I'm currently living at in Melbourne
were temporary and short term, big thanks to a family friend.
I've been here in Melbourne close to 3 months now.
Today, the time has come to say good bye to this gorgeous apartment.
Like I said in the previous blog entry, I'll be spending most of
my JUNE in Brisbane and Sydney for performances.
And only about a week here in Melbourne.
I still haven't found a place to live yet, but my band member from Armfield
has kindly offered his extra bedroom for me to crash.
This is the time when I feel friends are really important.
For them to offer me this apartment, for my band member to offer
me a place to crash, and lots of other friends to offer help...
Thanks everyone.
Really appreciate it.
I finally got my stuff all packed last night.
Since going to Japan in 2006 till now, I think I've moved
more than 10 times already...
Crazy...I know!
Honestly, I hate moving.
Your lifestyle becomes "temporary"...
And it shouldn't be.
But "temporary", there's nothing I can do
and just go with the flow~ :)
I'll find a place in Melbourne to move into by July.
Anyhow, I have my audition tomorrow for the
Melbourne Busking Permit!!!
Should be fun!

６月もTravelling。。。。。
メルボルンも徐々に寒くなってきました。
風邪ひかないように気をつけないとね。

５月２９日にバスキングオーディションをしてきます。
許可がとれたらメルボルンでストリートライブが出来るようになります～
メルボルンは音楽や芸術の文化を大事にしてる街、そして観光客が多いのでよりもっと沢山の人たちにKATEI Musicを届けたいと思います。
６月からはまたTravellingを始めます。

Melbourne is getting colder everyday.
Better not catch a cold!
To perform on the streets of Melbourne, you need to have a busking permit.
I'll be auditioning for a permit on 29th of May.
Once I get the permit, I'll be able to perform all around the streets
of Melbourne!!!
Melbourne is a city that respects the music and the arts culture,
and there are LOTS of tourist too.
So I'm hoping to share my music with lots of people.
I'll be travelling again in June.
I'll be performing in Brisbane at a few events on June 2nd and June 10th as special guest.
23rd June in Sydney at an event.
And back to Brisbane again on the 26th June at another event.
I think I'll be in Melbourne for a week in June. haha
I am currently recording a requested song for the 2nd June event.

Buddha Fest Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne。。。。。
今年のブッダ・フェスティバルはBrisbane, SydneyそしてMelbourneで演奏をしてきました。
ブッダ・フェスツアーって感じでした。笑
５月４、５、６日はブリスベンで始まり、１２、１３日はシドニー、そして１９、２０日はメルボルン、３週間回ってきて１４回公演しました。
沢山の方々の前で演奏して、KATEI MUSICを届けてきました。
This year, I had the great pleasure of performing in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne for the Buddha Birthday Festival Celebrations.
It was like a tour for me. haha
Started on the 4th, 5th and 6th of May in Brisbane,

Armfield、新たなプロジェクト。。。。。
皆さんにお知らせです～♪
メルボルンで新しいプロジェクトを始めました！！
アコースティックロックバンドです。
バンド名は「Armfield（アームフィールド）」です。
ギターボーカル／バイオリン／ドラムのトリオ。
ギターボーカルのBen（ベン）は大学時代の仲間でインディーズバンドのPaisley（ペイズリー）で一緒に活動してました。Alejandro（アレハンドロ）はチリからのドラマーで長年メルボルンに住んでます。
このメンバーと縁があり、サイドプロジェクトとしてバンドを組む事にしました！
ポップス、フォーク、ブルージーなロックサウンド。
日本ではなかなかないサウンドかもしれません。
StingやJohn Mayer、Dave Matthew's Bandみたいなサウンドですね。
今後スタジオに入りRECをするので楽しみにしててください！
そして今週末がArmfieldの初ライブです！

Some great NEWS for you all～♪
I've started a NEW project in Melbourne!!
Acoustic Rock Band!!
We are called "Armfield".Guitar Vocal/Violin/Drums Trio.
Benjamin (Guitar Vocalist) went to uni with me and we also
played together in our old band "Paisley" back in the days.
Alejandro is from Chile and he is a drummer in Melbourne.
You could say fate brought us together, and we've decided to
officially form a band together!!
Influences of Pop, Folk, Blues and Rock.
I don't think you'd hear such sounds in Japan as much.
You could say we get our inspiration from artists like
Sting, Dave Matthew's Band, John Mayer, and artists alike.
We're hoping to head into the studio soon to record our singles!
This weekend is our OFFICIAL first gig as a trio!

メルボルンで新しいプロジェクトを始めました！！
アコースティックロックバンドです。
バンド名は「Armfield（アームフィールド）」です。
ギターボーカルのBen（ベン）は大学時代の仲間でインディーズバンドのPaisley（ペイズリー）で一緒に活動してました。Alejandro（アレハンドロ）はチリからのドラマーで長年メルボルンに住んでます。
このメンバーと縁があり、サイドプロジェクトとしてバンドを組む事にしました！
ポップス、フォーク、ブルージーなロックサウンド。
日本ではなかなかないサウンドかもしれません。
StingやJohn Mayer、Dave Matthew's Bandみたいなサウンドですね。
今後スタジオに入りRECをするので楽しみにしててください！
そして今週末がArmfieldの初ライブです！

Some great NEWS for you all～♪
I've started a NEW project in Melbourne!!
Acoustic Rock Band!!
We are called "Armfield".
Benjamin (Guitar Vocalist) went to uni with me and we also
played together in our old band "Paisley" back in the days.
Alejandro is from Chile and he is a drummer in Melbourne.
You could say fate brought us together, and we've decided to
officially form a band together!!
Influences of Pop, Folk, Blues and Rock.
I don't think you'd hear such sounds in Japan as much.
You could say we get our inspiration from artists like
Sting, Dave Matthew's Band, John Mayer, and artists alike.
We're hoping to head into the studio soon to record our singles!
This weekend is our OFFICIAL first gig as a trio!
