ヤシカ セクエルの巻き上げ用モーター

ヤシカ　セクエルの巻上げ用モーターを直しました。

分解してみるとコイルがバラけていて少し削れていました。断線していたらアウトでしたが、なんとか大丈夫なようなので固着させました。

次にコミュテーター（接点部分）とブラシを清掃と研磨。さらにブラシ圧の調整をしてメタルに注油して組み上げました。

単三３本で駆動するので定格4.5Vでしょうから、この程度の調整で十分良くなりました。高圧・高回転するものならコミュテーターの芯出しを完璧に行う必要があります。
