Buenas noches!!
Bueno hoy por la tarde había el entrenamiento del equipo.
Y hemos trabajado en el campo.
Primero hemos calentado y luego hemos hecho unos ejercicios del técnico.
Y luego hemos corrido un poco y hemos jugado mini partido para divertir.
Y hemos terminado con un ejercicio del técnico.
Hemos trabajado bien así que seguiremos a trabajar.
Y desde ayer vinieron mis padres para verme y estoy pasando los tiempo con ellos.
Hoy hemos ido a cenar en un restaurante y hemos disfrutado mucho.

There was the team training in the afternoon and I participated.
Today we did some exercises of technical and mini match to have a fun.
And from yesterday came my parents to see me and today we went to eat lunch and dinner together.
They will stay a few days so I’ll enjoy with them also!!

今日はお昼にチーム練習があり、
参加しました。
グラウンドの練習になり、
まずは基礎練などをやりました。
それから少しダッシュをいれて、
ミニゲームをやり楽しみました。
そして最後はパス&コントロールをやりました。
実は昨日から親がモンゴルに来ていて、
今日は一緒にご飯を食べにいきました！
鍋のお店に行き、思っていたより安く、
めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！
10日ほど滞在するので、
楽しい時間を過ごしたいと思います！
