Bueno hoy por la mañana había el entrenamiento del equipo y he participado.

Ha sido un día antes del partido y hemos preparado para eso.

Primero hemos calentado y hemos hecho unos ejercicios del técnico.

Y después hemos repasado lo que hacemos mañana y último hemos repasado el balón parado.

Mañana jugaremos contra un equipo fuerte pero lo daremos todo para sacar el punto.

Y me divertiré el fútbol.

Y es otra cosa pero ayer subí nuevo video en YouTube así que chequearlo por favor!!

This morning there was the team training and I participated.

It was one day before the match and we prepared for it.

We did some technical training and we reviewed how we play tomorrow.

Tomorrow we will play against strong team but we will fight for points.

And I’ll enjoy a football!!

試合前日のトレーニングになり、

準備しました。

まずはアップなどしてから、

基礎練などの練習をしました。

その後は試合の戦術の確認をして、

最後にセットプレーの確認をしました。

明日はアウェイで上位のチームとの対戦ですが、

勝ち点を取れるようにチームで頑張りたいと思います！

そして自分は自分のやるべきことをやり、

楽しんできたいと思います！

改めて感謝

Bueno hoy por la mañana había el entrenamiento del equipo y he participado.

Hemos preparado para el partido que hicimos unos ejercicios para el partido y últimos hemos jugado entre nosotros.

Hacía mucho viento pero hemos podido trabajar bien.

Y bueno ayer fue último día de mis padres y se fueron a Japón.

Se quedaron como dos semanas y medio y la verdad me la pasé muy buen tiempo con ellos.

Y les agradezco mucho por todas las cosas.

This morning there was the team training and I participated.

Today we worked for next match and we did some exercises for it and last we played between us.

And yesterday was last day for my parents in Latvia and they went back to Japan.

They stayed here for two weeks and half and I really enjoyed and spend really good time with them.

And also I really appreciate for them.

午前中はチーム練習があり、

参加しました。

風が強い中の練習でしたが、

試合に向けて準備しました。

アップしてから、

試合を想定した練習をして、

最後は久しぶりに紅白戦をしました。

次の試合まで後1日あるので、

しっかりいい準備をしたいと思います。

そして自分に会いに来ていた親が、

昨日最終日で日本に帰りました。

2週間半ほど滞在して、

毎日楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

久しぶりに一緒に時間を過ごすことができて良かったです。

そして改めて今の自分があるのも、

親のおかげもあるので、

感謝してもしきれないです。

しっかり自分らしく頑張って、

人生を楽しみたいと思います！

Bueno ayer hubo el partido de la liga y jugamos fuera de casa.

Empezamos bien el partido pero perdimos 3-1..

Yo jugué en el lateral izquierdo desde principio y cambié en el medio tiempo.

La verdad no hice nada en el partido y también cometí penalti para ellos así que bueno..

La verdad fue mal y me siento mal para equipo pero todavía queda mucho y seguiré a mejorar y lo voy hacer las cosas que necesito hacer.

Y bueno hoy había entrenamiento del equipo por la mañana y he participado.

Hoy ha sido fácil que hemos jugado al voleibol de playa y football tenis para divertir.

Yesterday there was the league match and it was away game.

We started well a match but we lost 3-1..

I played in left back from start and changed in half time.

To be honest it wasn’t good performance and also I provoked a penalty for them.

Also had some small mistakes and I feel really sorry for my team.

But still have a lot of matches so I’ll keep working and I’ll improve more.

And today there was the team training and I participated.

It was easy day and we played beach volleyball and football tenis to have a enjoy.

昨日はリーグ戦の試合があり、

アウェイゲームでした。

最初はいい入りでしたが、

3対1で負けてしまいました..

自分は左サイドバックでスタメン出場しました。

正直言ってあまりいいパフォーマンスではなく、

PKも与えてしまいました..

細かいミスもあり、

課題がいっぱいでた試合でした。

とはいえいいプレーもあり、

もっとシンプルに堂々とプレーしていきたいと思います。

そしてまだリーグ戦は長いので、

1つ1つ向き合いながら、

もっともっとレベルアップしたいと思います。

今日はチーム練習があり、

参加しました。

イージートレーニングの日で、

みんなでビーチバレーとサッカーテニスをやり、

楽しみました。

ワイワイ盛り上がりながらやり、

楽しくリフレッシュできました。

Bueno ayer hubo el partido de la liga y jugamos en fuera de casa.

La verdad teníamos que ganar pero perdimos 3-1..

Yo jugué desde principio en la banda derecha hasta 57 minutos.

La verdad tuve errores que no tenía que hacer y con eso recibimos el gol..

Y bueno en el ataque creaba unas ocasiones pero bueno necesito evitar esos errores para ganar el equipo.

Y bueno hoy ha sido un día libre y la pasé con mis familias para divertir.

Yesterday there was the league match and it was away game.

We should win but we lost 3-1..

I played from start in right side and second I played in left and I changed in 57 minutes.

To be honest from my mistake we conceded a goal and my performance wasn’t good..

I was creating some chances but I had easy mistakes also so I need to fix them to win the team.

Today it was day off and I spend with my family to have a fun.

昨日はリーグ戦があり、

アウェイゲームでした。

勝たないといけない試合でしたが、

3対1で負けてしまいました..

自分は右ウイングバックでスタメン出場して、

後半は左サイドに移り、

57分までプレーしました。

攻撃でアシスト未遂などあり、

チャンスは作ることができていました。

ただ正直自分のミスと、

ポジショニングミスから失点してしまいました..

さらにシンプルなミスもあり、

守備対応ももっと改善する必要があります..

チームが勝つためにも、

ミスを減らさないといけないですし、

もっと貢献できるように頑張ります！

今日はオフだったので、

家族と一緒に過ごしました。

近くのレストランでご飯を食べたり、

リガの市場に行ったりして、

楽しい時間を過ごせました。

また明日の練習から、

次の試合に向けて準備したいと思います！

Hoy ha sido un día antes del partido y hemos preparado para eso.

Primero hemos calentado y luego hemos hecho unos juegos.

Y luego hemos revisado cómo jugaremos mañana y también hemos revisado el balón parado.

Mañana también será un partido muy importante así que lo daremos todo para ganar.

Y lo daré todo mi máximo y me divertiré el fútbol!!

There was the team training this morning and I participated.

First we warm up and we did some game.
