2021年度の全国の児童相談所が児童虐待の相談を受けた件数が、過去最多の20万7659件に上ったと公表しました。

今回注目したのはramp upです。早速調べていきましょう。
『ジーニアス英和辞典』（第５版）では「…を増やす」とあります。他にも「〈株価など〉を高く見せかける」の意味も確認できました。
また、Weblio英和辞典で見てみると「強化する」とあります。

厚生労働省の調べによると虐待の類型別では、暴言や差別的扱い、目の前で家族に暴力を振るうなどの「心理的虐待」が全体の６０％を占めたとのことです。コロナ禍で親子が一緒に過ごす時間が長くなったことで、児童虐待の被害の増加が懸念されています。子供のSOSを見逃さないことが大切であると考えます。（Zaki）
