イースターはお祝いの日☆

先週の日曜日はイースター礼拝がありました～

Last Sunday, we had our Easter service at church.

みんなイースターって聞くとウサギとかヒヨコを思い出す人が多いと思うけど、
実は全然別の意味があるんだよ

Maybe your image of "Easter" is Easter bunny or baby chicks, but the true meaning of "Easter" is actually very different.

イエス様が私たちの罪のために十字架につけられて、それから三日後に
イエス様は死から復活したんだ

Jesus died on the cross for all the sins and mistakes we make, and three days later He rose back from the dead and is alive today!

そのイエス様の復活を感謝してお祝いする日がイースターだよ

Easter is the festival where we celebrate Jesus' resurrection.

だから今日のキッズチャーチはいつもと少し違うよ
いつにも増してパワーアップした賛美の時間

That's why kids church today was a little different from most Sundays.

キッズチャーチが始まる前にはママによるフェイスペインティング

Before kids church began, moms did face-painting for the kids.
みんなとっても可愛いね～～
Everyone was super cute!!!!

イースターバニーも出てきてみんなでたまご探しをしたよ～

We even had the Easter bunny and an egg hunt.
全部見つけられたかな？
Were you able to find all the eggs?

ゆで卵にシールを貼って、色水に浸けたら・・・・自分だけのオリジナルエッグが出来たよ

We put stickers on the eggs and dipped them in colored water... We made our own colorful Easter eggs!

この日はたくさんの新しいお友達がキッズチャーチに遊びに来てくれました

Many new friends came to kids church!

みんなと一緒にイエス様のお話を聞いて、賛美して、イースターエッグも作って
とってもお楽しいイースターだったね

We listened to the story of Jesus together, worshiped together, made Easter eggs together...
Easter service was sooooooo much fun!

こんな風にキッズチャーチでは特別なイベントが年に何回かあります

In kids church, we have several big events a year, like Easter.

教会に来たことのないお友達もこの機会にぜひ遊びに来てね～

These events are great opportunities to come and enjoy church, even if you've never been.
