蛇に睨まれた鶏？ No-stroking but skating

三毒さま、「鶏蛇さま」？のお背中は

そうそう簡単には見せてもらえないようですが・・・

埼玉の頃からず～っと書きそびれていたことなんだけど。

Well, maybe we can't appriciate

the back of Yuzu in the Gate of Living though

Let's see some amazing parts of it.

登場されたところだけどね

たった1こき、1こきだけで

すぃ～っとリンクの中央まで進んでいる

しかも、弧を描かないように（多分）両エッジを使って

ま～すぐに進んでいくのよ。

たった1こきでそんなに進めるの？

At the first part,

here Yuzu only stroke once and

probably skating with both edges

not to make a circle, but to

skate straight.

But can a skater move so far with just

one stroke？

See, wtih this stroke,

Yuzu can move to around the centre of the rink.

いとも軽々と滑り出し

そしてカエル、、、じゃなくって

鶏をにらみつけるキング・コブラ

So smoothly skating to the centre

then King Cobra threatens a rooster.

(by the way, the title, the Gate of Living

in Japanese "Tori to Hebi to Buta" means

"Rooster, Snake and Pig")

止まる、そしてまた前進。

なんだけど、その間こきここきこは一切なしよ。

体幹と内股（？）の力で滑り、止まり、そしてまた滑り

どんだけの体幹なの？凄くない?

And the next part, here！！

only using the core muscles, pigeon-toed muscles to

move backward and stop and

move forward again.

No STROKI！！

両足ついたまま

体重移動で後退、前進の力を作っているって。

Just shifting the weight of the body

そしてその体重移動だって

力作ってますって状態じゃなく

完全に振付の一部になっている美しさ。

そして昨日の話題のお立ち台に上がるんだけど

ステージに向かうクロスロール。

And after sometimes then

Yuzu moves to the small stage, , ,

with the cross roll.

クロスロールと言えば、そうSEIMEIさまを思い出すんだけど。

SEIMEIさまは普通のクロスロールなので

「蛇行」、はい、蛇の軌道を描いていたけど

見て！三毒さまはクロスロールをしつつも

極力真っすぐ進む！！！

多分、これも難しいんじゃない？

だって、アウトエッジにのっているはずだから

当然、普通に滑ったら弧を描いちゃうもの。

”Cross Roll", yeah, it recalls us SEIMEI.

skating straight must be difficult.

SEIMEIさまはクロスロールをしつつ
