―編集もすべて自分で行うと聞いた。

作業にはかなりの時間と労力を費やすと思う。
モチベーションや、やりがいは。
-I heard you also edit your videos by yourself, it must require you to put in a lot of time and energy. What is your motivation?
「やはりいろんなコメントだったり感想を頂けることです。

どんどん自分へ課すものも大きくなっていくので、より一層大変になってしまっていますが、納得いくものができ上がった時の達成感と、皆さんに見ていただいた後の感想や解釈、細かい点の分析など、さまざまな言葉たちがあふれている状況を拝見させていただいていると、全てが報われた気持ちになっています」
"After all, it’s great to receive various comments and impressions. What I impose on myself are getting bigger and bigger, so that it becomes more and more difficult though, I feel a sense of accomplishment when I finish something I’m satisfied with, and when I see the situation where there are so many words such as impressions, interpretations and analysis of details after everyone watched it, I feel that all my work has been rewarded."

―「Ｇｏｌｉａｔｈ」と「アクアの旅路」の選曲や振り付け、滑りに込めた思いは。

-What kind of thoughts you want to deliver with “Goliath” and “Aqua no Tabiji (Journey)”?

元々は一つの予定だったのですが、『ＲＥ_ＰＲＡＹ』の中で、ゲームらしさを打ち出していく前半、命の意味について考えて“祈り”につながっていく後半、二面ともに表現したいなと思いました。

前半はゲーム曲らしさから『Goliath』を使用させていただきました。

基本のイメージはＲＰＧの世界で、洞窟を進みながら敵を倒したり、攻撃を回避したりしていくイメージで振りを作っていきました。

後半は『RE_PRAY』のキーワードである“水”から『アクアの旅路』で“祈り”を表現したいと思い、作り上げていきました。

“水”をまとったり、水面を跳ねたり。

天に向けて“祈り”、“水”が進むべき道を照らしてくれるといったテーマで振りを作っていきました」

At the first, what I planned was one programme, however I wanted to express both aspects of “RE_PRAY”; the first half, which presents the game-like world, and the second half, which lead us to thing about the meaning of life through “prayer”.
For the first half, since the sound gave me game-like world, I decided to use “Goliath.”
The basic image is the world of RPG, and I choreographed with the image of defeating enemies and dodging attacks while progressing through caves.
In the second half, I created it since I wanted to express “prayer” with the sound of “Aqua no Tabiji”, because the keyword of “RE_PRAY” is “water”.
Wearing water, splashing on the surface of water.
I choreographed with the theme of “prayer” to the heaven, and “water” illuminating the way go.

 

 

―羽生さんのスケート同様、動画の場面転換のつなぎ（トランジション）が美しく、音もきれい。エッジが氷を削るリアルな音も素晴らしいアクセントになっている。そのあたりも意識や強いこだわりがあるのか。
-The both videos are like Hanyu-san’s skating, the transitions between scenes in the video are beautiful, and the sound is also beautiful. The realistic sound of the edge scraping the ice is also impressive. Were you carefully worked and particular about such matters too?
「率直にすごくうれしいです！　かなりこだわっています。
固定カメラで、スケートの移動距離を撮影しきることが大変で、加えて、音との調和を演技だけではなくてトランジションにも詰め込みたいということを考え始めてしまっているので、本当にそうおっしゃっていただけるとうれしいです！
氷の上で撮影するとなるとアクションカメラのような耐久性と小型であることが求められてしまっていて、今使っている１２台のカメラは同時にリモート等で制御ができません。
またスケートリンクはスピーカーの位置によって反響が違うので、カメラの場所によっては音の質が変わってしまったり、よく聞こえなかったりします。
毎回撮影したデータを、１２個のデータと向き合いながら１フレームずつ合わせる作業をしてから、編集が始まります」

To shoot on the ice, it‘s required to be durable and compact like an action camera, however, the 12 cameras I am currently using cannot be controlled remotely.
In addition, the reverberation of the ice rink differs depending on the position of the speakers, so the quality of the sound may change depending on the location of the camera, or it may not be heard well."

あのね、サラ（最近は全然やっていなけど）たまに結弦君の演技をいくつか合体させた動画を作っていたことがあったでしょ？

たった2つか3つ、せいぜい4つの動画の出だしを合わせるのに、もうねぇ気が遠くなりそうな手間をかけていたんだわ。

いやいやいやいや、、、12のカメラの映像を合わせるって、、、

死ぬわ。

ってか、ビデオ編集ってそれを職業にしている方々がいらっしゃるわけだよね。

ほとんどのYouTuberさんたちは出演するだけ、カメラさんがいる方もいらっしゃるし、で、編集は皆さん編集者（社）にお任せするわけでしょ？

それをあ～んなにスポンサーさんのお仕事をこなし、

写真撮影もありぃの、、、

TV出演もしぃいの、で、決して欠かせない練習もあって

その上、アリーナツアーの演習、準備、出演、、、、

ヤバいって、結弦君！

しかもそのすべてが完璧以上の巧み技！！

Well, remember Sarah made some videos combining 2-4 videos of Yuzu's performances in one video.

Well, just such work, to adjust the starting of each video, it took he lots and lots time and efforts.

Oh my, , , wow, dealing 12 cameras' data？？？

And as we all know,

Yuzu has been so busy, working for sponsors,

photographed by magazines,

appearing on TV,

and never ever be lazy to practice, , ,

and, and, and produce and perform ice story RE_PRAY,

how can he manage?

All each and every work was done more than perfect！！

 

 

 

 

実は、今朝は久しぶりにトルコのムスタファさんの動画和訳を予定したの。

 

なんと夕べさっそくGoliathのリアクション動画をアップされていたので。

でも報知さんから素敵なクリスマスGIFTをいただいちゃったので急遽予定変更。

後ほどムスタファさんのリアクション動画を紹介するね。

（でもその前に報知さんから後編が出てきそうな気が、、、💖）

Actually, this morning, Sarah was going to introduce

a reaction video by Mustafa from Turkey, but

luckly, we got a Christmas GIFT from Hochi, so suddenly changed.

However, later Sarah will talk about Mustafa's video.

(but before it, Hochi will release more of the interview????)
