一定の形ができあがっていて、そこからさらに良くしていく作業って本当に難しいんですけれども。

でもそれは、ある意味では一番必要な作業なのかもしれないですね。
When a certain shape is fixed already, then you have to make it even better, such work would be very difficult.

However, in a sense, it may be the most necessary work.

お薬の話題じゃないけどさ、、、

もうさぁこれまで間違ったものでも正解って評価されていて

それが突然やっぱりだめ！って言われたってもう遅いって開き直っちゃう人いるけどさぁ

「なんか嫌味言ってない、サラ？」

え？いや、ちょいと、あ、あ、あのぉぉ世間話。

でも、どんなに正しい形で進んできても、

もっともっと更に更に良いものをって貪欲な人は、

難しくて、逃げ出したくてもひたすらよりより良いものをって努力を重ねる、

それは見る人にちゃんと伝わるんだよね、で、心にいつまでも残る。

Although Yuzu was talking about how TOWA work to improve their products though,

the same thing can be said to Yuzu’s performances.

Well, there’s a guy who got used to do wrong skills, and these were accepted for years and years, but suddenly when he found his skills can’t be accepted anymore, oh, not to try but he just says it’s too late?

“About whom are you talking, Sarah?” Oh, never mind.

However, even equipped the most correct skills however there’s a very greedy guy too who want to improve better and better, more and more beautiful, even though he knows it’s very and very difficult but

he keeps trying and trying making “blood, sweat and tears” efforts.

Such “work” surely enchant people hearts deeply.

この音楽は何を伝えたいのかな？とか、この振り付けは何の意味があるのかな？っていうことを考えていくと、意外とみんな分かんないなとか、やっている僕自身もよく分かってないなっていうことが結構あって。

そういったことを一つ一つまた振り返りながら、じゃあ、もっと伝わりやすくするには、もっと自分の想いがこもったものにするためにはどういうふうにしていたらいいのかな、みたいなことは非常によく考えますね。
When I think about; what is this music telling us? what is the meaning of this choreography? there are quite a few things that surprisingly not everyone understands such things and even I myself who is performing don’t really understand. Thinking about such things, I often think what I should do to deliver it to people easier or to fill my emotion in it.

例えば、お料理だったら、こんな味がして、こんな素材があって、こういうふうに美味しくさせていて、はい、食べてください！みたいなコース料理もありますけれど、お薬に対してはそんな説明はしないじゃないですか。
それが少しでも垣間見えるだけで、僕たちは簡単に飲むという単純な作業ですけれども、そこにいろんな想いが込められていることをあらためて知ることができたな、って思いました。
For example, in case of cuisine, it tastes like this, make with such, such ingredients, it was cooked like this to make it delicious, so, please enjoy it! But for medicines, you don’t explain like that.
Just by getting a glimpse of it, I can realise once again that a lot of thought goes into your medicines although we just simply take them.

話しは前後しちゃうけど、

一番最初に吉田社長さまがとっても素敵なことをおっしゃってらしたのよね。

Now, let's go back to the first part of the video, the presidne, Mr. Yoshida said something very lovely.

私は羽生さんのスケートを見ていてですね、本当に素晴らしいなと思うんです。
技術をはじめ、さまざまなものを磨くということに対する、その人の人生を懸けた想いと努力の結晶だ、というふうに思うんですね。
今までの人生をかけてやってきた集大成としてここでやっているんだ、というのが分かると、やはり見ている側は感動するんですね。
While watching Hanyu-san’s skating I feel it’s really wonderful.
I think it’s a fruit of your thought betting your life and efforts, including developing your skills and all.
I can surely feel that you are performing as the culmination of your life’s work.

技術だけがすごいものをパッと見たとしても、どうもそんなに感じない。
それこそ技術だけだったら、高性能のロボットを作れば、10回転ジャンプなんて、もういくらでもできる。
でも、それでは人は感動しない。
人間が自分の一生といいますか、人生をかけて努力をして、その努力の結晶として今があるんだという部分だと思います。
それが他の人と比べて一段階高いところにいると、すごい。
想いとか人生を感じるという部分で、羽生さんは非常に人間性を出されている。
Just looking at difficult skills, we can’t be impressed so much.
Just talking about “skills” then using high-performance robot, then it can show us a jump with 10 revolutions in the air.
But people can’t be moved with such.
I think we can feel that a person has made effort through his/her life, and as a result of these efforts the person is here today, that makes us impressed.
And when it is you, Hanyu-san, comparing other people, you are in the higher level.
And Hanyu-san, you are expressing your humanity, so that we can feel your thought or your life.
