ボストンからのお返事と久しぶりのSOI　Yuzu & Hokusai

寝不足です・・・はい、SOIを見ていました。だけどね・・・

Again, so sleepy. . .

なんかさぁ、結弦君のショーにどっぷりつかっていたので、SOIを見ていて思ったのは、クールにオープニング、でもその後、それぞれのスケーターがつぎはぎのように自分の演技を披露、1つ1つの演技がポツリ、ポツリと存在している・・

ショーとしての流れがないから、（失礼ながら）力量の足りないスケーターの演技になると、なんか退屈になってしまう。

Last night, SOI 2021 was broadcasted again, watching it, Sarah felt something uncomfortable, it was not only because there’re some skaters Sarah simply doesn’t want to watch, but the show itself. . .

プロローグ、GIFTは結弦君のみだから、一時も見逃せない状態というのは当然だったけど、notte stellataでは複数のスケーターが出演していたけど、「辛かった、今も辛さを持っているかも、でも希望は絶対に捨てないで、ほら、みんなで希望の星を見て！」ってショーとしてのコンセプトがあって、そしてそれぞれのスケーターがそのコンセプトを自分なりに表現してくれた。だから、notte stellataという1つの「物語」のような流れがあって、あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまった気がする。

SOIの形はこれまでのアイスショーの一般的なスタイルだけど、でも、もう「ショー」を1つの「物語」として見ることを結弦君から学んでしまったので、なんか、SOIが当時見た時よりも、すごくちぐはぐな（？）印象を受けちゃった。

（で、途中でお風呂入ったけどね、あのあたりで・・・微妙なんだよね、順番的に。絶対にプリンス君は最初から見たい、その直前は一切見たくないけどって。なかなか難しかった。😁）

PROLOGUE, GIFT and notte stallata, each of these shows has a concept; a story.

There were many performances but they were performed according to the concept of each show, even in notte stellata, although there were many skaters but they also selected their performances according to the concept of the show; “even you had or have a painful experience, but don’t give up having a hope!”

Different performances, but just like going through a story book, we could forget about time but just enjoyed the whole story.

But in SOI, each skater has their own story, too many short stories. . . so that we can get tired easily. . . However, SOI followed a typical style of shows in Japan, before, Sarah just accepted it though, now we learnt the best style of ice shows from those three shows of Yuzu, somehow, well, Sarah can’t accept it as “one” show.

あ、そうだ！ボストン美術館がみ～んなであの一瞬に大騒ぎしていることに気づき・・・。

By the way, last night, from the Instagram post of Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, we found Yuzu’s photo, then, they also found we were crazy about it, and they posted a comment;
