今朝、丁度、ジェイソンの記事の和訳の時に4CCのお写真とか眺めていたんだけど・・・
スーパースラム達成後に、CBCが公開してくれた結弦君のインタビュー動画、覚えている？
当時、和訳をブログに入れて記憶があるけど、こちらは動画に日本語字幕が入っているので。

結弦君の英語はちょくちょく聞いていたけど、この時の結弦君のコメントって自分のスケートに対する気持ちとかを語っているでの、話しの内容もとても興味深い上、淡々とでも慎重に話している姿が、とっても印象的だった。
そんな結弦君の英語をネイティブが・・・

Here, two guys are talking about their impression on some athletes talking in English.
In the original, they listen to English spoken by four Japanese athletes, and the second one is Yuzu.
Here, just cut a part the talk about Yuzu's comment in English.
結弦君ってね、本当に日本語でももちろんそうだけど
やっぱり一言一言に心が入っているんだよね。
だから、スケートと同じように、ぐぐぐぐぐぅぅぅって入り込んでしまうような不思議が力が言葉にもあるよね。それは、英語でも同じ。だから、何ていうのかな、結弦君は言葉を発するんじゃなくって、言葉でも心にある何かを「表現」しようとしているんじゃないかな。
稀代の表現者なんだよね、きっと。
Well, when Yuzu is talking in Japanes too,
each and every word, he really carefully chose and deliver.
Of course, for Yuzu, English is not his language so much harder though
even it, he choses the best way to express.
Always Sarah feels that Yuzu is not speaking but
using "words" he's trying to deliver what he has in his mind.
That must be why not only his skating but from his words too,
we are impressed a lot.
