Any tips or idea to wake up with refreshed feeling?
まぁ、よく寝ることですね。
あの基本的に寝起きが悪いっていうのは、睡眠が足りてないということだと思っているので、いくら時間を取ったとしても、やっぱちょっと寝起き良くないなぁって思う時は、少しでも早く寝たり、あとは、仮眠を取ったりということは、自分の中では心がけています。少しでも睡眠時間を加算させえていくという考えでいます。
Well, having sound sleep, is the way I think.
Basically, when you don’t feel refreshed when you wake up, it means your sleep was not enough. So even sleeping enough hours, still I don’t feel refreshed, in such cases, I try to sleep earlier or take a nap, I try such ways usually. So my way is try to accumulate as much sleeping time as possible.

めっちゃ個人的な気持ちなんだけどね、サラ、実は結弦君に「徹子の部屋」には出て欲しくないんだわ。ってか結弦君にインタビュー番組とはたくさん出て欲しいけど。なんかね、サラの中では徹子さんは鉄板の〇橋ファンって印象が強すぎて。もともと、そんな勝手な想いがあったその上、紅白でも「この人」で、名前も呼んでくれなかったし、先日のYouTubeでもマネージャーが結弦君の話題を出しても、ま、とりあえず優しいって言葉はあったけど、一切その件は触れたくないモードに見えたしね。
