大好きな「ヨウコウザクラ」が知れ渡って、なんか、1つ余分に喜んでるサラです。
ってか、そんな時に、肝心のサクラちゃんたちのお写真、撮っていない間抜けだけどね。
（昨日、一昨日って雨だったし・・・、ちょっと忙しかったしで・・・）
なので、今日のお写真は、過去のお写真、それも三島にある遺伝学研究所のサクラちゃんたち。
Yesterday, Yuzu-Sakura's variety was announced,
and because it's one of Sarah's fevourite Sakura, so,
Sarah is quite happy, so today too, let her talk about Sakura.
However, now she doesn't have any new photos of Sakura,
so these photos are taken three years go in the National Institute of Genetics
located here in Mishima.
あ・・・間抜けなサラは、七北田公園で、これはお写真撮ったけど
肝心の結弦君桜のお写真撮っていない💦バカだね。
ってか、12月だったので・・・お花は勿論なかったけどね。
そう言えば、「ヨウコウザクラ」の誕生の物語の映画、PV。

ところで、結弦君桜、「陽光」さんは、アマギヨシノとカンヒザクラの交配種でしょ。
ふふふふ！「天城」よ。
（あ、ずっと天城越えのお墓参りをしてないサラであった・・・）
そう、天城は、伊豆よ！
名前は天城だけど、「アマギヨシノ」の生まれ故郷、どこだと思う？
（って、もったいぶって聞いているから分かるよね？）
そうです、アマギヨシノの生まれ故郷は・・・・
三島です！
Yuzu-Sakura is reported as "Yoko Sakura", which is a hybrid between
Amagiyoshino and Formosan cherry.
"Amagi" is the name of a mountain here in Izu.
And it was created by Dr. Takenaka who woked in he National Institute of Genetics
it measn 🥰 half of Yuzu-Sakura is from Mishima,
yes, Sarah's place！！！

三島にある国立遺伝学研究所は、桜がた～くさん植えられているんだけど
遺伝研にいらした竹中先生が各地から260種類約350本のサクラを取り寄せて
ソメイヨシノの研究をしていたのね。
で、研究中の1957年に作り出されたのが、「アマギヨシノ」
オオシマザクラとエドヒガンの交配種。
ふっふっふ！
結弦君桜の半分は三島生まれってことよ！
（この3年、コロナで桜の季節の一般公開が中止になって、遺伝研にお花見に行っていない💦）
For Dr. Takenaka's research, they collected about 350 trees of Sakura of about 260 types.
So, every year they open the institution for public in Sakura season.
But due to the pandemic, for three years it has cancelled.
