朝の更新でも、結弦君と柔道の将平が、全く別なタイプに見えるけど、「芯」が似ているって話をしていたけど、なんか、結弦君のアスリート魂って、柔道家に似ているなぁって常々思ったりするの。（ま、サラ一家が柔道大好き、甥っ子はしい君も一応ね！み～んな柔道会館に入り浸りだったしね、）
柔道って、「格闘技」という思いはサラの中には全くないの。なんか、むしろ競技より大事な部分は、柔道という「道」？柔道は、強くなることがもとではなく、体を鍛え強くなり、同時に心を鍛えることが目的なのよね。（ってかさ、目指せオリンピック・プロジェクトの柔道バカの甥っ子・・・強化選手外され、ただの「バカ」になったけど、あいつは、「道」を忘れていたから柔道を極められなかったんだろうけど・・・って、あいつにこれ、見られたらヤバいかも～💦）
The morning page, Sarah was talking though Yuzu and Shohei are totally different types of guys, however they may have the common sprits in their minds. It not only this time Sarah feels such, however, quite often Sarah feels that Yuzu got Samurai Sprit.
By the way, now Judo is an international sport, however for Sarah (and for most of Japanese) Judo is not a fighting sprot, but it also a way to live with healthy body and mind. So to be strong is not the goal of Judo but with a strong body, develop healthy and strong “sprit” is the way of Judo.

ウルフが中学生の時の作文がツイートに上がっていたんだけど、ここでも、（ってか中学生でこんな気持ち、すごっ！）ウルフは、柔道は勝ち負けだけじゃないことを強調しているけし、よく知られている言葉は「礼に始まり、礼に終わる」（剣道とか、日本の武術はみんなそうだよね）。強くなるだけでは柔道家とは言えないんだよね、同時に心の鍛錬がされなければ。
In the tweet, an essay written by Wolf when he was 13 years old is introduced by one of his fan. In it, the young Wolf felt that although Judo became an international sprot however, observing a competition, he felt something was different from what he has learnt. In the competition, it focused “winning”, but what he has learnt, winning is not the goal of Judo, he has learnt lots more, and he wants to underlines such part, and would like to lead others respecting each other and appreciating others.
And also so-called Japanese martial arts, Judo, Kendo, etc. . developing their mind while practicing the sports is the main part, so, “politeness” or “bowing” to show respect or gratitude are essential of the sprots.

ちょっとすっ飛ぶけど、結弦君が「天と地と」について話してくれた時、勝つものがいれば、負けるものがいるって言葉があったけど、実は、この言葉を聞いたときも、サラの心には、密かにリオの大野将平が蘇ってのよ。
リオで将平は勿論金メダルを獲っているけど、最初から最後まで、試合終了後の将平に笑顔やガッツポーズはなかったのよ。そのことについて記者会見で：
「こちらが喜ぶということは、その相手に悔しさ以外の余計な感情を芽生えさせる結果になるかもしれない。だから何もしない。それが僕のスタンスです。」って答えていて、勝った瞬間にも負けた相手がいることを決して忘れない。（かっけぇ～！）
今回の柔道団体戦で、残念ながら日本はフランスに負けてしまった。でも、勝負がついた後のフランス・チームの喜びに拍手しながら、サラは、これが日本チームだったら、この驚喜の雄叫び、勝利のダンスは絶対なかっただろうな・・・って、思っていたけど。喜びにハグしたりとかはあっただろうけど、日本チームだったらそこにいるうなだれた敗者が、絶対に視線に入っていただろうな・・・って。
おそらく、自分たちの喜びと同時に相手への敬意もそこにはあったんじゃないかと。

This time, at the Team even, Japan lost, and in front of depressed Japanese Team, French Team fully enjoyed their victory, well, easy to understand, but just Sarah though, when it was not them but Team Japan, our Judoka may not scream out with joy, may not dance with joy in front of the losers.
Probably, they may too enjoy the victory, however there should be some other action to pay their respect to their opponets.
「礼」の話題に戻るけど、もうさぁ、「礼」といったら真っ先に結弦君が心に浮かぶしね。氷に「礼」、エッジカバーに「礼」、ライバルたちにも率先して「礼」、会場のスタッフにも丁寧に「礼」、もちろん観客ファンにも「礼」・・・・。
結弦君自身も、日本の武術と同じ気持ちで「礼」をするって以前言っていたけど。
でね、柔道の「礼」だけど、勿論、練習や試合での「礼」は当然のことだけど、ここにはまだ先があって、目の前の人、物に対する「礼」にとどまらず、その向こうの人への「礼」。
公に対する「礼」。公徳心、公共心に対する「礼」まで柔道では教えられるのよね。（そうそう実践できる子は・・・少なくとも我が家には・・・💦）
なんかね、結弦君の「礼」は、この法則にしたがって考えると、成程、あの、1つ1つのお辞儀の延長線上に、被災地支援が重なってくるんだ・・・って思ったり。
Well, and a bit more about “politeness”, well, this word goes to Yuzu directly. Yeah, he bow to the ice rink, to his blade cases, to his rivals, to staff members working for competitions, of course to us! and more and any!
Yuzu himself once told that with the sprit of Japanese martial arts, he bows to the rink, and etc.
Judo too, of course, being polite, and bowing is very important lessons to learn. And very interesting part is, it’s not only for persons or things in front of you, but behind these too. and that politeness goes further to the public sprit and public duty.
Yeah, Yuzu is so polite and respect others deeply, and further more, he ‘s so active to support people in the disaster affected areas and others.
なんか、結弦君のアスリート魂は武道家の魂そのものって気がしない。ジェンダーの話題を先日したけど、パーフェクト以上のユニバーサルな心を持ち、でも同時に、超～ニッポン！の心も。
てかさ、結局ね、結弦君の心は、スケート同様、パーフェクトなのが凄いよね。
Don’t you think that Yuzu’s athlete sprit is exactly the same as Samurai sprit?
When he talks about “gender” he shows how universal his mind is but at the same time, his mind is truly “Samurai”.
Whatever, what is amazing is yeah, how can Yuzu has such a perfect mind???
