今日は、ルッツとフリップ！
あ、あのね、「もう、知ってるわよ！」って
内容ばかりだろうけど、ちょこちょこ動画を入れているので、そちらもお楽しみください！(^^♪

そうそう、ルッツの特徴もすっごいきれいに見えて！
CW(時計回り)で滑ってきて、CCW(反時計回り)のジャンプの回転！
Yeah, from this easy to understand what a Lutz jump is!
entering it while skating in CW, and CCW rotation of jump!
ルッツと同じように右のトゥを突きながら左で離氷するもう1つのジャンプがフリップ！
違いは、エッジ！
ルッツは左アウトエッジLBOだけど、フリップはLBI。
Both Lutz and Flip are being taken off on the left while using the right toe,
While Lutz is taken off on LBO, Flip is LBI.
違いをもうちょっと・・・
