「カウンターからのトリプルアクセル～！」おさらい編4 Rocker & Counter

今日も、まったりとターンの復習～！

で、今日は、ロッカーとカウンター、そしてステップはチョクトゥ！

そうそう、今朝、夕べのDOI、結弦君部分の動画をChai Teaさんが挙げてくださっていたので、張り付けさせてもらったけど、

めっちゃんこクールな結弦少年！

Last night, a TV showed some scenes of DOI, and there’re two videos which already posted here this morning!

では、行きます！まずは、ロッカー！

（熟知しているわよって方、真ん中あたりに入れた3Aの動画を楽しんでね！）

スリーとブラケットは、例えば時計回り（CW）で滑ってきたら、ターンした後もまた時計回りの弧を描くけど、ロッカーとカウンターはターンした後は反時計回りと、ターンの入りと出で反対の弧を描くのよね。で、ロッカーは、スリーターンのようにターンする前と同じ方向に（時計回りだったら、時計回り）足がクルリンって回って向きを変える。

In case of Three and Bracket turns, before and after the turn, the edge makes the same rotation of arc, but Rocker and Counter turns, after turning the edge, then making the opposite rotation of arc.

Then in a Ricker turn, just like a Three turn, the leg turn around in the same direction, means, when skating CW then turning around the edge in CW.

で、次は、カウンター！多分、ターンの中でいっちゃんよく聞くのがカウンターじゃない？

はい、その「カウンター」

ロッカーとの違いは、スリーとブラケットの違いのように、ターンするときの足の回し方が、それまでの弧とは逆の回転をするところ。

OK, for us, Yuzu fans, “Counter turn” must be the most popular turn!

Yeah, we hear “from a Counter. . . Triple Axel～～！” so many times!

Anyway, which part is different from a Rocker turn is; when the edge is turned around, the direction is the opposite to the act, so just like a Bracket turn.
