夏のバラ・・・
公園内の丘の上はローズガーデン
そう言えば、たしか富士市の花はバラ
they also have a Rose garden on the small hill in the park
Fuji City’s symbol flower is Roses
ローズガーデンの中央の親子の像
この像の向こうに・・・富士山なんだけど
すっぽり雲に隠れちゃってる
a statue of parents and boy standing in the centre of the garden
Mt. Fuji can be seen beyond the statue though. . .
too cloudy
南を見ると富士市の街並みと駿河湾
from the hill, Fuji City and Suruga Bay can be seen clearly!
ミュージアムに模型が展示されていたディアナ号が富士市の沖で沈没、
漁師さんたちに助けられたプチャーチン提督
日本の開港と言うと、黒船が有名だけど
プチャーチンによって日ロ和親条約が1895年に締結されている
during Edo period, Japan hold the isolationist foreign policy
it is widely known that US first concluded “Treaty of Amity and commerce”, however Russia too concluded it with Japan in 1895 by Putjatin
the ship Putjatin was sailing sank in Suruga Bay, after getting damages by Tsunami, and the Putjatin and all other passengers were saved by fishermen in Fuji
