やっぱり仙台の七夕さん見たかったしね！
Star Festival in Sendai is one of the biggest festivals in Japan
yeah, it’s worth to see!!!
アイスリンク仙台や結弦君のモニュメントに行った頃は
お空、きれいな蒼空だったのよね・・・なのに
青葉城址で雷が鳴り始めて・・そして夕立！
when Sarah was visiting Ice Rink Sendai and Yuzu’s monuments
the sky was beautifully blue! but
while visiting Aoba Castle Site, it started thundering
and suddenly we had a shower!
でも、仙台の七夕さんはほとんどがアーケード街だから
雨でも大丈夫～！
however, the star festival decorations were hanging
in the shopping arcades, nothing bothers!
去年も圧倒されたわ、これ！
this decoration is, wow! amazing!
仙台の小中学校の生徒が作った千羽鶴
ってか、千羽じゃなくって88,000羽だって！
paper cranes made by students of primary and secondary schools in Sendai
oh boy, 88,000 of paper cranes!!!
震災の年に復興プロジェクトとして始まって
今年は、市内の186校だけじゃなくって、
石巻とか市外からも10校が参加したとか
this project started in 2011 as an activity of restoration
for this year, not only students from schools in Sendai but
from this year, 10 more schools out of Sendai too joined
こちらは、金賞の札が付いた
紅梅かな？？
this decoration had a sign plate of “Gold Price”
red apricot flowers???
仙台の七夕飾りって
温か～い手作りって感じが素敵よね！
Sendai’s star festival decorations give us
warm mood, probably they were mostly hand-made
雨は・・上がりそう！
the rain was stopping!
そして、瑞鳳殿の七夕ナイトに向かう頃には
仙台駅の上に二重の虹が！
and when going back to Sendai Station to
get a bus to Zuhoden’s Night Festival
wow! lovely! the double rainbow!
