どうやら、国の重要文化財になっているらしい
資料館になっている古民家
an old house,
designated as a national important culture property
富士山のふもとの街、裾野市の中央公園
in Susono Chuo (Central) Park
at the foot of Mr. Fuji
な～ぜかひっそり愛嬌のないクジャク君が１羽
they got only one surly peacock in the park
プチ森林浴を楽しみながら進むと・・・
水音が・・・
walking through a small forest,
you can hear the sound of waterfalls
「中央公園」って名前、なじみがなくて
普段、ここは「五竜の滝」って呼んでいるので
actually we just call this park
“Goryu no Taki (5 dragon waterfalls)”
富士山の南にある愛鷹山からの川が
富士山の伏流水の川、黄瀬川に合流するところ
here a river from Mt. Ashitaka, locating in the South of Mr. Fuji
meets Kisa River, a river coming from Mt. Fuji
正面に３つの滝、右奥に気の影になっちゃっているけど
あと、２つ滝があって、それで五竜の滝
three waterfalls you can see, and two more
behind the trees
公園の森の中の小川
a cute stream in the forest
季節のお花も楽しめて、の～んびり
you can enjoy season flowers here too
だけど、ここに来た目的は・・これ！
well, Sarah visited there to appreciate them!
マムシグサ Jack in the Pulpit
一昨日は御用邸のウラシマソウだったけど
同じサトイモ科の奇妙なお花
the day before, just introduced “Cobra Lily”
these are the plant of the same genus
あ！そう言えば、御用邸、今週は大混雑らしい！
なんたって、平成天皇が戦争中に疎開されていたしね
by the way, photos posted here yesterday and the day before
are from Numazu Imperial Villa Memorial Park, and
the park is quite busy in this week!
since the villa was used by H. M. Heisei Emperor
as the evacuation, during WWII
というわけで、御用邸のコブラに続いて
五竜の滝のかわいいマムシ
the memorial park’s plat is “Cobra” Lily, and
these are called “Mamushi (a kind of pit viper)”
