new CM with an interview, and wanted to talk about it more
but, oops, unfortunately, no time to go through,
で、また怠け者だけど、インタビューの一部
書き起こし！

are translated here;
Q:“自分本来の力”を発揮するための工夫
what is the key to exert your capability
「とにかく、緊張した状態で、緊張を認めてあげること・・が、自分の、え～本来の力のだし方かなぁと思います
I think my way to exert my own capability is, recognising my strained feeling, in a tensed situation,
え～実際試合になったり、例えば本番になったりすると、やっぱり緊張してしまって、体が縮こまってしまったりとか、え～力が出なかったりもするんですけども、
actually, in a competition, for example in a performance, of course, feel strained, and my body get stiffed, or can’t exert actual power,
それ自体が自分の実力として感じる、で、そこん中で自分が実力を出すためには、そこを認めたうえで、それまでの過程でその実力を上げるしかないと僕は思っているので、
however, in such case, I just accept such condition as my capability, and what I can do is, recognise such situation, and being in such condition, exert my own power, that all what I can do, I think,
まずは練習でしっかりと実力を上げる、その上で緊張した状態で自分が、これが実力だって思えるくらいのレベルに達することが大事なぁとは思っています
so, to tackle it, first I should prepare fully with enough practices to grade up my capability, enough to satisfy myself with my performance even in strained situation
あのぉ、それこそ本来の姿、その1つ1つ、いちごいちげ、一期一会なんですけど、一期一会の中での本来の姿を出したいなぁと思っています。
well, basically, a performance is an event of “once-in-a-lifetime” so each time is only one chance considering it, I’d like to perform with my full power each time
こだわり what do you focus on for your skating
えっとぉ、フィギュアスケートって、スピン、ジャンプ、ステップ、スケーティングいろんな分野の、え～、ものが合わさって最終的にフィギュアスケートっていうふうになるんですけども、
well, Figure Skating is a mixture of many elements, spins, jumps, steps, skating, all these combined and we created Figure Skating,
その1つ1つの「美」をシングルスにつないだものこそが、え～フィギュアスケートの「美」の追求だと思っていますし、またその完璧に完成されてものは、やはりそのままのえ～美の追求だと思っているので、それを非常に大事にしています。
the pursuit of beauty for my skating is linking each beauty of all those into one, and when they are linked perfectly, then it would be also the pursuit of beauty, so such effort for “beauties” is important, I feel always
今後の目標 what is the next target?
これからも美を追求しつつ、そして、え～自分のこだわりをさらにこだわり抜いたもので、え～、世界に向けて戦っていきたいなぁって思っています
I keep pursuit my skating beauty, and always focusing on my fundamental ideal toward my skating, I’d like to compete in the international stages
