天気が良くて暑い一日でしたね。
今日も車フル稼働で送迎していたのですが、やっぱり車の中が一番暑い！
今持っているサーモスは蓋がコップになるタイプなので、マグタイプのもの買おうかなぁ… 運転しながら冷たいのを飲みたいよねぇ…。
さて、暑いけどその分爽やかだし田舎道はとっても綺麗です（笑）
そんな風景になんだか合うなぁと聴いているのが、ジェス・グリンの『I'll Be There』です。

ジェス・グリン（Jess Glynne、1989年10月20日- )は、イギリス出身の歌手。
2014年クリーン・バンディットの『Rather Be』にゲストボーカルとして参加し、第57回グラミー賞で授賞最優秀ダンス・レコーディング賞を受賞した。
2015年アルバム『I Cry When I Laugh』でソロデビュー。このアルバムはイギリスのチャートで初登場1位を獲得した後、6度の1位を記録し、200万枚を売り上げた。
今年サマーソニックで来日予定となっている。

クリーン・バンディットの『ラザー・ビー』は、MVに日本人女優さんが出ているというイメージの方が大きくて、ボーカルの方なんてまるっきりのノーマークでありました。
この曲も好きなので、またゆっくり訳してみようかなーと思っています (*´ω`*)
先月5月頭にリリースされたこのシングル。
ソロ名義でのリリースは、2015年のアルバム以来という事ですから、なんと3年ぶりの新曲！
力強く「あなたを一人にはしない、私が傍に居るよ」と語りかけてくる歌詞。
恋人に限らず、友人、家族、愛対情を持つ人にして。自分もこんな風に言えたら、相手にも自分にもそれは力となる気がします。
最初にミュージックビデオを、最後にはBBC主催の野外ステージにてのライブ動画を載せますね✨
