Kyoto in the autum

Last Sunday, I went to Kyoto in the autum. This is the first time to come to Kyoto in the autume in my all life. The reason is very simple and clear. If I come to Kyot in this season, I will see many visitors everywhere I go, everytime I see the temples, shrines, restaurants, bus stops, train stations.

Even if I avoid the croweded area, several visitors would walk around there. That is Kyoto.

On the other hand, there are many historic minor places  in Kyoto. With local people guide, I could walk around beautiful, but silent places. I met local people sometime, however, I did not met visitrs frequently.

Road plants were changed from green  to yellow. Wind blowes with cool air on the river. Professor said, this wind is same when Kyoto is the center of Japan. The river also makes sam souds when it is.

Nowadays, some yong local people sit and walk around the river with their friends, which scenery remind me of the story written by Tomihiko Morimi and Manabu Makime. Both authors graduated university in Kyoto city. They writes many story which express the Kyoto life of student. If you read it, the story will make you to come to Kyoto as a student, that is freely days in your life.

As a result, I recommend you to come to Kyoto not only beautiful autum season, alsot other seasons.

Kyoto in the autum

 It is first time to come to Kyoto during autum, since the city is surely crowded to watch and see changing leaves there. Famous many temples have excellent scenery with Japanese garden ofcourse

Kanazawa-city

Last 14th March, from Tokyo to Ishikawa prefecture, bullet trains was completed.
It assisted to became familiar Kanazawa-city as a sightseeing place outside of Kanto area.

Basically, this city has potential to be attractive such as food, transportation, historical area, modern and traditional merchandises. If you go there, you will find the place is lively.

Дури и како стари, ментална возраст, исто така, не значи одат нагоре.
И, дури и ако мислите, постои однесување Akirehateru.

Мислам дека оние луѓе кои не можат да зборуваат нормално и тој постои.
Потоа, луѓе кои не можат да бидат ослободени или навредлив, а не да се погледне надолу. Нека мисли и јас сум сиромашен човек. Згора на тоа, е таква личност, па така постојат многу.

Додека тоа е учител.

2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics be held

One of the today's headline is this.

Congraturation to be held at Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics in 2020.

By the way, some Japanese may think of reconstruction some places attacked by earthquake 2 years before and other natural disastars. Addittionally, I wonder how about tax increase.

I guess Japanse administrative structure needs to be changed to decrease budget. Not directive budget but the realistic and effectie long-term plan is needed now!!

I know human make a mistake, however, I think bureaucracy needs to change their work style and their sturcture.
I do not hope to attack and talk abuse them. I only hope to change their sturcture to save budget. They have one of the excellent capabilitis to manage Japan.

Again, I say congraturation to be held at Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics in 2020. And I do hope this fantastic events bring happiness and excellent opportunity to all Japanese and Japan.

Kamakura

If you come to Tokyo several times and have free time, I reocmmend you to go to Kamakura.
You can see classic buidings, big budda statue, and beautiful ocean and mountanius area.
So Kamakura has everything.

It takes about 1 hour from Tokyo to Kamakura by train.



Kamkura is famous in Japanse history.
Kamakura has several means, such as historic period, sigtseeing place, ofocurse administrative area in Kanagawa prefecture.


Few Japanese dose not know what happen in 1192 yeas.

"Kamakua Bakufu" is frist time to shogunate era until 1868 years.
The shogunate era was started by Minamoto Yoritomo. He is a one of Genji family.


The reason he build the new city in the area is that he thought to have long distance from Kyoto the place loyal familylived.

何が問題かって

I heard the worse situation of foreign student in Japan.


Most disappointed thing is that he do not have good memory of the school of Japan. And this situation might cause militate against the relationship Japan and his country.

結婚と妊娠と出産

　政府の動きは遅い、と一般的に思われている。どんなに公務員が頑張っていても。失敗しないように準備に時間をかけるから。

　最近は、結婚と妊娠、出産を素晴らしいことだという雰囲気が官民共にある。それはそうだと思うよ。
　日本の人口が減っているし、税収も減るし。そもそも、生きていたら、次世代を見たいし。
　でも、それって、10年以上前からわかっていたことだよね。
　しかも、日本の運営の根幹に関わるとっても重要なこと。
　女性の社会進出も大切だけれど、人口を増やすことも大事でしょう？
　保育所を作り、一旦退職した人が再就職しやすくする。もしくは育児休暇や時短勤務をして、働き続けられるようにする。同僚からの理解を得られるように。そして、同僚にも負担がかからないように、仕事のやり方を見直す。
　今は当たり前のように思えるこの問題も、昔はわからなかったのだろうか。いや、そんなことはない。国家公務員試験に受かって、日々政策と向き合っている人たちが、データの推移を見ている人たちがわからないはずがない。ただ、表面化していなかったから、手を付けていなかっただけだと思う。民間企業だって同じようなことはあるだろう。でも、国家公務員の仕事のやり方は、日本のあり方に関わるのだ。当事者意識を持って、誇りを持ってくれ！

　だから、政府任せではなく、民間やＮＰＯでやろうとするのかな。財源があればいいけれどね。
　トップダウンじゃなくて、ボトムアップ。市町村から県へ。県から国へ。陳情じゃなくて。

　話は違うけれど、国家公務員は、政策を考えるときに事象を一元化して考えるきらいがあるのだろうか。日本のおもてなしの心が、世界と競争するときに不利だという。全ての産業でそうだという。
　今は理屈をつけられないが、その考え方は間違っていると直感で思う。多少高くても、日本のおもてなしの心がある商品とサービスを購入したい。無愛想な店員や、自分は悪くないと主張するコールセンターの人と話すのは嫌だ。仕事に誇りを持って、目の前にいる人を喜ばせることを自分の喜びとする。そんな風に仕事をしよう。

Words to me

　I know someone is good at presentation themselves. But I have to check and find, then understand that the presentation is true or not. Generally, a some part of the story is true, however, others are different.

What is a good teacher?

魚を与えるのではなく、魚の捕り方を教えられる人。

これが、いい先生だと思う。

その後の生徒のことを考えれば、先生がいなくても生きていけるようにする。

そんなふうに指導しなくてはいけないと思う。

後、育てる意識がある人。

魚を与えて、それで何とかしろというのは間違っている。
