管理物件で、３社ほど水道業者様に調査して頂きましたが、漏水箇所が発見できない事案がありました。
ご入居者様から連絡があり、発覚しました。
ご入居者様 「独立洗面の床がフカフカしており、今にも抜け落ちそう。」
リフォーム業者様を手配し、床を開口してもらいました。
そしたら、床下に水が溜ってるではありませんか。

パイロットを見てもらっても回っていないとの事。
じゃー排水管漏れ？
多能工のリフォーム業者様でしたので、排水管を見てもらっても、漏れを発見できないとの事。
ここから長い戦いの始まりでした。
そこから水道業者様を約３社手配しましたが、全て漏水箇所を見つけられず。。。
全て無料の範囲内での調査だったため、賃貸人様に許可を頂き、有料の調査会社様へ依頼。
今回はこちらの会社様に依頼しました。
