12th

It was my first time visiting Partitta, even though I had knowm about it for a long time. French staff team I had been in conntact with recent weeks arrived. They were more friendly and polite than I expected. The equipment check went off without a hitch, so I felt relieved. After that, we stopped by the hotel for about two hours, then left and went to the venue.

11th

Early in morning, I went to the office for a driver job. After that, I wrapped up the preparation for the Osaka Expo job. In the afternoon, a heavy downpour caused the equipment truck to Osaka Expo to be delayed by about two hours.

31st

The second day of run-through rehearsal went almost smoothly. It finished nearly on time, but extra rehearsal dragged on longer than I expected, so I barely caught the last train from Makuhari.

30th

The first day of the run-through rehearsal started today. Otsuka participated in this rehearsal. I had asked him several times before, but this was the first time he joined me. The rehearsal was delayed for over an hour and a half. Since the last train had already finished, I had to take an arranged taxi to Noborito, stopping by Kamata to drop Otsuka off at his hotel where he was staying. In the end, it cost them over 30,000 yen.

29th

Today was the setup day for the final run-through rehearsals in Makuhari. On the way out of the office, I got a call saying that gear had been forgotten and needed to be delivered to Shibuya. So I stopped by there before heading to Makuhari. When I arrived at the hall, the risers weren't  ready yet, so we had to wait for a while. Other than that, the setup went pretty smoothly.

The busy period has started. This morning, when I checked the schedule before leaving home, I realized I had made a mistake with the staff shift for the day after tomorrow. I went to the office right away and managed to fix it. Fortunately, I was able to adjust the scheduling. I spent the rest of the day working on various tasks.

25th

Last night I didn't drink any alcohol, so I woke up relatively early. For breakfast, I had spicy sausage and rice, though my sense of taste didn't seem to work well. Afterwards, I went to Shibuya to pick up some equipment.

24th

Last night, I probably drank too much. For lunch, I made Katsuura tantanmen, a famous local ramen dish from Chiba. It was instant noodles, but I added plenty of grilled chopped onion, minced meet, and garlic. For some reason, the air conditioner didn't work well, so the room was hot. I went to work from 6 p.m. and am now waiting in the lobby of the hall. Unfortunately, I ended up having to go to the office after all.

The final day of the tour had come. I managed to adjust the snare drum sound. The show represented everything from this tour, and it was very emotional. After all the regular songs were finished, there was a special setlist for the finale. Usually, the audience sing the song "DSC" after the show. But on the final day, the band played it live, so I sang along with the audience. That moment was truly moving.
