I went to the office and unloaded the gear from yesterday. Then, I headed to Shibuya to work on a rehearsal for a TV shoot, whose concept is a concert taking place at the office. The rehearsal finished earlier than I expected. I wondered if I should have a drink but decided not to drink any alcohol tonight.
30th
I had breakfast at Matsuya in front of Isehara Station. I worked at a game event, and during my free time, I stopped bya city library next to the venue a few times. The show went off without a hitch. I had expected the wrap-up to be confusing, but it went more smoothly than I expected.
29th
I headed to Isehara to work at an event. It was my first visiting the venue in several years. I felt like the event had slightly different vibe from the shows I usually work on.
28th
I went to the office and preped the gear for tomorrow. I used Tune-Bot for drum tuning and I thought I should research how to make the drums sound right. Afterwards, I took afternoon off and headed to Kudanshita for a voice actor's anniversary event.

Last night, I was only able to sleep about 3 hours. I wonder I've been having some kind of sleep trouble lately. I woke up before 5 a.m. and I couldn't get back to sleep. The weather didn't look good--it seemed like it was going to rain. I stayed home for most of the day.

My work today started late, as usual, so I had a little free time in the morning. Then, I headed to Shibuya to work on a Tv shoot. It was a live-style session, so there was an audience. It ended up finishing late.
25th
I headed to Shibuya to work at a tribute concert for a legendary female duo. The show went smoothly for the most part. aside from a minor glitch with the sound monitors during the performance.
24th
I rode my bike to the office and got the gear ready for tomorrow. While prepping, I used my Tune-Bot to tune the drums. I also tried out a new system for managing the gear schedule. In the evening, I headed to Shinanomachi to pick up some gear.
23rd
I couldn't sleep well for several days. Maybe I didn't had any alcohol same as the days. So I woke up 5 a.m. I took a day off, I went out to shopping. At first, I headed to Shinjuku and hang around some shops. Afterwards, I went to Daikanyama but I couldn't find that I want. Then, I moved to Shimokitazawa used a share bike service. In Shimokitazawa, I was looking for cap or hat in the all area of Shimokitazawa. In the end, I abole to bought two hats which my taste.
22nd
I woke up at 3 a.m. It was too early, but I couldn't fall back asleep right away, so I went to the living room and studied English for a while. After that, I started to feel sleepy again. and I able to go back sleep. The studio I was working at today is located in Nogizaka, so I planned to have lunch at a very popular Chinese restaurant near the studio. I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes before it opened because I want to eat early and leave before noon.
The restaurant offered several kind of fried rice, so I chose I'd never tried before. Unfortunately, It wasn't really to my taste. The rehearsal finished early. It was raining hard when we loaded our gear out of the studio.

I woke up early in early again today. I headed to Nogizaka for a rehearsal for next week's tribute concert to a legendary female duo. The production team felt familiar since I've worked with them before, as usual. The rehearsal finished earlier than scheduled. I've decided not to drink any alcohol until the day after tomorrow.
20th
I woke up before 5 a.m. because my leg was starting to cramp. I headed to Okubo for a rehearsal for a voice actress’s anniversary show. Before the rehearsal, I went to a soba shop near the studio that I had been wanting to visit. The soba was great value for the price. During the rehearsal, a guitar player broke a string, but he didn’t have any spares, so I went to buy a set of guitar strings at a shop near the studio. when I got there, I remembered that I had visited that same shop years ago. It was a band member’s birthday the day before, so we celebrated for him. After the rehearsal, we shared the whole birthday cake.

I woke up around 7 a.m. After breakfast, I took a short nap. Then, I thought of reading some book reviews which I had written before. It reminded me of something important in my life. Afterwards, I headed to Shibuya in the afternoon to work on a TV shoot. I didn't have any alcohol tonight.

I went to the office and worked on a few tasks until the evening. Then I had a meeting about the equipment scheduling control system.
17th
I went to the office today. I was asked to ship some gear to Osaka branch, but since the multifunction printer had recently been replaced, the driver for the new device hadn't been installed yet. I manage to set up the PC and the neccessary apps, though it took over an hour. In the afternoon, Kota came by the office to pick up some gear. It was the first time we'd seen each other in several months, so we ended up chatting--and in the end we talked for three hours. As a result, I only managed to get a few tasks done today.
16th
Early in the morning, I went to the office, picked up a car and drove some gear to Shinanomachi. The road there was relatively quiet. I went back to the office and did some desk work. then took the afternoon off.
For lunch, I dicided to go to a Chinese restaurant, but when I got there, I couldn't tell what was going on (whether it was open), so I went back home. After that, I couldn't decide what to eat. In the end, I chose a Chinese restaurant near my home and had a bowl of fried rice. It was my favorite. However I hadn't had it in years.
15th
I headed to Shimokitazawa to do some shopping. I got there a little early since the shops weren't open yet. I bought a cap and a pair of sunglasses. The weather was unstable, so I went back to home earlier than I planned.
14th
I took a day off. The weather forecast said it would rain today, so I thought about going shopping but decided against it. For lunch, I made instant salt ramen with fried bean sprouts -- a recipe I came up with recently -- and enjoyed it with my family. I only went out to buy ingredients for dinner.
13th
There was a rehearsal for a voice actress's anniversary show, held in Gakugeidaigaku today. It was the first session where the actress joined her team. The rehearsal went off without a hitch. When the rehearsal finished, a heavy rain warning had just been issued, but we got lucky and managed to avoid it while loading our gear out of the studio, since the loading area was outdoors.
12th
I woke up before 6 o'clock and went straight to the bath and sauna. My family went to Risonare Yatsugatake to have breakfast and buy souvenirs. We left the hotel and stopped by a bookstore and a general store. We had lunch at a highway rest stop restaurant. On the way home, we ran into amazingly heavey rain.

I woke up 5:30 a.m. and went to the large public bath and sauna. Then my family went to Kobuchizawa to have breakfast. We had a good toast set meal. After breakfast, my son headed to Matsumoto from Kobuchizawa Station to enjoy a train trip on his own. Meanwhile, the rest of us visited "YATZ GARDEN", a beautiful flower garden, and enjoyed walking around it. Afterwards, we made our way to Lake Tateshina. For lunch, we had a vegetable miso soup set meal that was really good. After lunch, we walked around the lake. Then, we picked up my son at Chino Station and had dinner in our hotel room, just like the the day before.
10th
Early in the morning, I headed to Noborito to pick up a rental car. For breakfast, my family had a McDonald's morning set in the car. We headed to Yatsugatake for a family trip. We visited Utsukushigamori, which is a free viewpoint. Afterwards, we went to a good soba shop. We waited about an hour and a half to be seated and served. After lunch, we strolled around Kiyosato and went to Doryu Falls, which was even better than we expected. Finally, We had dinner in our hotel room.

The annual summer music TV show went almost smoothly. It was the first time in several years that I'd worked on a show like this.
8th
Today was a rehearsal day for the annual music special TV show. For lunch I went to a ramen shop near the venue. The rehearsal went off without a hich, but in the end, there was some confusion with the schedule, so I ended up missing dinner.

Today was a set-up and blocking rehearsal day for the annual summer music special TV show. I did some desk work at the venue in the morning.

For breakfast, I made a natto omelet and ate it with my daughter. Afterward, I went back to sleep again. I made fried rice and had it for lunch with my kids. Then I went to the office in the afternoon. I drove to Shibuya to pick up some gear. After that, I loaded some gear onto the truck for tomorrow. Finally, I went to Kinuta to wrap up a job, then went back to the office to unload the gear.

It was relatively cooler than usual. I rode my bike to the office. I worked on some preparations.

I headed to Chitose-karasuyama for a rehearsal of a voice actress's anniversary show. I used a bike-share service to got to the studio for the first time. The rehearsal went off without a hitch.
3rd
Early in the norning, I headed to Odaiba to work on a TV shoot. Trouble struck during the set chang -- I had fineshed setting up the guitar rig, but no sound was coming out. I tried to figure out the cause, but couldn’t pin it down. In the end, the trouble was resolved, I still don't know what actually caused it. All I did was reboot the digital device in the rig twice, and I'm not even sure that's what fixed it.

I commute to the office by bicycle. Today was blistering hot day to ride my bike.

I took a day off today. As soon as I woke up, I went out to buy some eggs for breakfast. I ended up scorching my bread, but I managed to salvage it to some extent.Then, I assembled a kitchen rack. For lunch, I made yakisoba and ate it with my kids. In the afternoon, I went out to buy soem chicken wing for dinner.

Today was the first day of rehearsals a voice actress’s anniversary live show, held in Kyodo. I used a bike-share service to get to the studio for the first time. Our team got back together for the first time since May. The rehearsal went off without a hitch. On my way home, just as I realized I'd left my tool bag on the shared bike, so I went back to the station. Fortunately, my tool back was still in the bike's basket, and I was able to picke up it.
30th
For breakfast, I had leftover hayashi rice from the night before. I worked on a TV shoot themed around musical songs. I met some familiar musicians, as well as singer-actor whoes show's I've been working on this month. The shoot was scheduled to run late into the night, but in the end, it finished almost on time .
29th
I woke up 4:30 a.m. for a TV shoot rehearsal at Diba. I ended up eating breakfast in three separate sittings, The rehearsal wrapped up almost on schedule. I didn't have lunch because I happened to miss the chance to eat.
28th
I took the Nanbu Line to commute to the office because the weather forcast predicted it might rain in the eveninig. I worked on some tasks, including delivering a DJ table to Shibuya.
27th
I went into the office via the Nanbu-Line since the forecast called for rain in the evening. I got through my tasks by midday. So I decided to take the rest of the day off. I ended up taking a quick nap in the early evening.
26th
I woke up before 5 a.m. I hadn't slept very well but I couldn't fall back asleep. I went to a nearby Family Mart to buy eggs for breakfast and made some toast with egg and sausage. After that, I took a short nap. Then, my wife and I went to Yaoko to buy some eel for dinner. For lunch, I made instant salt ramen with fried bean sprouts and boiled egg, and enjoyed it with my wife. In the afternoon, I watched some Fuji Rock live streams online.
25th
I woke up before 7 a.m. I hadn’t slept very well, but I felt relatively okay since I hadn’t had any alcohol the night before. I went to a beef bowl shop near Tobitakyu Station for breakfast and had the morning set meal. Afterward, I had some free time before work, so I rested at the hotel. The show went smoothly throughout the day. Finally, I went back to the office and unloaded the gear from the show.
24th
It was purely a setup day for the arena show, so our section's work wasn't scheduled to start until the evening. My son left home in the morning for his train-related hobby activities. For lunch, I made fried rice and enjoyed it with my wife and daughter. I spent a relaxing time untill evening. I noticed that the weather forecast was predicted heavy rain near the venue, so I left home earlier than planned. that way, I managed avoided it. Our team set up the gear until about 22:30, then we headed to a hotel near the venue and stayed there for the night.
23rd
I headed to Tobitakyu to load the gear into the venue. Today was just a loading day, so I finished the work within an hour. On my way home, I stopped by Chofu. It was a scorching hot day.
22nd
I commuted to the office on my bicycle. I prepped the gear for the arena show.

Last night, I fell asleep unintentionally and didn’t take a bath. This morning, I took a shower as soon as I woke up. I headed to Yoyogi-Hachiman for a rehearsal for an arena show. When I stopped by a convinience store, I dropped my sunglasses, without noting and by the time I realized it, I couldn't find them anywhere. Still, the rehearsal went off without a hitch.

I woke up before 9 o'clock and left the hotel right away. I returned to the office, unloaded the gear from yeasterday's show, and dealt with band members who came to pick up their gear.
19th
I woke up 4:30 a.m. and headed to Osaka for a singer-actor's show. I had breakfast near Shin-Yokohama Station before boarding the Shinkansen. The show went off without a hitch. Afterward, we had a wrap party to celebrate the end of the shows series.
18th
I woke up before 6 a.m. My son left home in the early morning for his school club activities. This morning, I looked up recipes for the air fryer. Then I headed to Shibuya for a TV shoot theme around old-fashioned, popular Japanese songs.

I could hardly sleep last night. This morning, I rode my bicycle to the office. I prepared the gear for the show in Osaka the day after tomorrow and loaded it onto a tranportation truck. After work, on my way home, a heavy rain caught me off guard. It come on so suddenly that I couldn't do anything about it, and I ended up soaked.

I worked on a TV shoot I'm in charge of. A veteran singer performed, accompanied by some of our staff. A small problem came up when we were wrapping up all the gear and taking it out of the studio — some gear got left behind, and we couldn't grab it because another shoot had already started there. But I managed to retrieve it after a while.

This morning, I overslept a little, though I still managed to arrived at work on time. I guess I drank too much last night. I worked on a few tasks, then headed to Shibuya for a a blocking rehearsal ahead of tomorrow's TV shoot.

Today was the second day of the rehearsal for the arena show. Just like yesterday, everything went off without a hitch. It finished later than I expected, though.

I headed to a studio in Wakabayashi. It was my first time there in several years. The rehearsal for an arena show has started. I met some band menbers I hadn't seen in a while, The rehearsal went off without a hitch. I made sure to check on a few things I was unsure about during the rehearsal.

This morning, the weather forecast said it might rain, but I rode my bicycle to the office. Almost all of our section members were at the office, but we realized we didn't have much work to do today, so we decided to take a half day off.

Last night, I went to bed earlier than usual but I couldn't get enough sleep. I woke up around 5 a.m. and had toast for breakfast. Afterwards, I tidied up house and installed the PayPay app. For lunch, My family and I had kebab sandwiches that I pick up as takeout near Nakanoshima Station. It was my first time using PayPay. The sandwich was so good that I really loved it. After lunch, I went to some nearby shops to pick up ingredients for dinner. I couldn't decide what to make, since I'd be having dinner without my wife -- she had plans to go drinking with her coworkers. Then, I went back home, and I couldn't resist falling asleep, so I took a nap for about an hour.

I rode my bike to the office. I worked on some tasks in the morning. Then, I headed to Shibuya for a meeting about next week's TV shoot. and afterward headed back to the office to knock out some more tasks.

This morning, I picked up a truck from the office and headed to the venue in Marunouchi for the second show of the singer-actor's concert. The show went off without a hitch and was fantastic, just like last week's show. Finally, I returned to the office, and Iwano was still working on changing the strings of the upright bass. So I helped him before we left the office.

I headed to Daiba for an unscheduled task involving equipment transport. I noticed I had back pain when I started work, and it's been getting worse since then. I loaded the gear onto a truck for tomorrow's show.

I took the day off. I finished up some desk tasks this morning. I had planned to have lunch with my daughter, but she got out of school late, so we ended up having lunch later than planned.

This morning, I attended a meeting about scheduling for our section. Then, I spent the rest of the day working through my tasks.

It must have rained heavily last night, continuing until early this morning. For breakfast, I made toast with bacon eggs, and salad for my daughter and myself. Then my family headed to Yokohama Chinatown. I chose a Hunan restaurant and enjoyed a claypot rice withpork trotter skin -- one of restaurant's specialties -- along with a few other dishes. We also enjoyed some streer food while walking around town. Finally, I bought some food for dinner that we always buy whenever we visited Chinatown.

I got to the office an hour earlier than usual. I unloaded the gear we'd used the day before. While I was storing it, Yoshimura asked me to fix a hi-hat stand that had something wrong with it from his work the day before. I couldn't fix it right away, but I managed to fix it in the end. Recently, I've felt like I haven't been sleeping enough. Maybe I have a sleep disorder. I wrapped up all the work and took the rest of the day off.
3rd
I headed to the office in the early morning to pick up a truck and drove to the venue. Today was the first day of concert for a singer-actor, held in Marunouchi. The shoe went smoothly, and the performance was marvelous. After it ended, I went back to the office with Kobayashi.

I went to the office, prepped all the gear for tomorrow’s work, and finished some desk tasks.

I cleaned the air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. For lunch, I made a bowl of natto spaghetti for my son. While my wife and I had bowls of clam ramen. In the afternoon, I visited some stationery shops to look for sheets of dot stickers for work, but I couldn’t find any. I bought some paperbacks at a secondhand bookstore. For dinner, I made pizza with grilled potatoes and onions.

1st
Early in this morning, I headed out form the offce and headed to Kinuta and Nishiazabu to deliver some gear. Back at the office, loaded more gear onto another truck, and drove to Shibuya, where I unloaded it at the venue and set everything up. After that, I went back to Nishiazabu to collect the gear. I used a share bike to ger to Nogizaka.
2nd
I headed to Shibuya to set up some horns - saxes and trumpet for a documentary shoot. After that, I went to the office to prep some gear for this weekend's event and knocked out a few desk tasks. I then headed back to Shibuya to retrieve the horns and dropped them off at the venue that hosts a weekly Tuesday TV show. There, I ran into a veteran singer and his management team and we had a quick chat before the show. By that point, I didn't feel like leaving, so I decided to stick around through the end and helped wrap everything up.
3rd
I woke up early. A typhoon was approaching. My daughter's school had already announced its closure the day before. I managed to get some tasks done before breakfast. My son's junior hi schooI had announced a delayed start, but my wife decided to let him take the day off. I took the day off as well. I asked Claude and Chat-Gpt alternately about how to print RAW photo files, giving each slightly different questions to compare their responses. I also studied English using DUO.

I commuted to the office by bicycle. I got the equipment ready for an event in Morioka and loaded everything into transport truck. Afterwards, I checked some gear for a tour that kicking off next week.

I made my way to Morioka for the setup day of an outdoor event. The weather was bright and sunny, but cillier than I anticipated. It brought back memories of the same event last year. Afterwards, Kinoshita and I headed to an izakaya where I'd been with Mocchi the year before.

The opening day of an outdoor event went off without a hitch. Once the show wrapped up, the rest of our crew headed out for drinks at the same izakaya as the night before.

The second day and final day of the outdoor event went off without a hitch. We had expected it to be an extremely busy day. but things went far more smoothly than anticipated. Afterwards, we wrapped up with drinks at a cozy Fukuoka-style izakaya nearby.

Kinoshita and I left the hotel in the early morning and headed back to the office. A shinkansen had made an emergency stop due to a power outage caused by an earthquake, but it recovered after a while. I unloaded some gear form the previours day and stored it away. For lunch, I had a cup of curry-flavor instant noodles for the first time in several years.

I spent the whole day working on our weekly Tuesday program. It featured a theme centerd on The Beatles.

We held a rehearsal for an African band in Shinanomachi. I got work again with a familiar crew that I have worked with on nearly annual foreign artist tours we've done in recent years. The band asked for some equipment that hadn't been confirmated beforehand, so I managed it.
11th
Today was the first day of the African band's tour, with the show held in Shinjyuku. Since the venue was located far from Shinjyuku Station, I used a bike-share service to get there. The loading dock was in rough shape, but we somehow managed to load and unload all our equipment. I also received the gear that had been arranged the day before. The show went off almost without a hitch.

I took a day off. I woke up early morning but I took some nap in a day. I spent in home almost whole a day.

I left home early, before 6 a.m., and headed to Ichihara for the second show of an African band’s tour. Our crew had planned to meet up a station but no one was there when I arrived. I thought I had the wrong place or the wrong day, but it turned out I was correct. The band member who had missed his flight-and so couldn't make the first show- finally rejoined the tour, and everything went off without a hitch. After the show, I returned to the office and prepped all the gear for a day-after-tomorrow's rehearsal.

I took a day off. I woke up before 6 a.m., and knocked out some tasks, finishing everything up by morning. For lunch, I made fried rice and enjoyed it with my family. After lunch, I went out to pick up some ingredients for dinner. Afterwards, my son and I went for a walk in a nearby residential neighborhood on a hill. It was relatively close to home, but it was actually my first time visiting the area. we really enjoyed it.
15th
Today, I headed to a venue in Bunkyo Ward to take over the tour for an African band. After that, I made my way to Okubo for a rehearsal at a voce actor's ceoncert. I rode a share bike from Higashi-shinjyuku. The rehearsal wrapped up a bit earlier than expected, so I headed back to the office to finish up some work before taking the following day off.

My wife and I made our way to Shinyurigaoka to see the movie Michel. We booked the first screening because there was a couple's and one of us qualified for the over age-50 discount. We weren't big Michel Jackson fans. but the movie was more interesting than we expected. After the movie, we pick up a few things for our son and grabbed lunch at Saizeriya.

I made my way to Heiwajima for the final rehearsal of the voice actor’s hall tour. The studio wasn't close to the station, and since there were no bikes available at share-bike dock, I ended up walking instead - it took about 20 minutes. The rehearsal went off without a hitch. Afterwards, I was able to use a bike-share to get back to the station.

It was rainy morning when I made my way to Shibuya for a TV shoot I was in charge of. The actress performing--one of the show's main MCs--sang a few songs while I handled her guitars.
19th
I headed to the office. I knocked out some tasks in the morning. Afterwards, I prepped some gear for tomorrow's show of a voice actor at Osaka. I also arranged some drum tuning.

The voice actor’s 15th anniversary debut tour launched in Osaka. Since we'd only planned a day trip, the schedule was jam-packed-- but we pulled it off with barely a hitch.

I left home and headed to the office earlier than usual because of I want to see the foot ball world cup Japan game. I enjoyed it with my wife and daughter. Afterwards, I took a short nap. In the early evening, I heard that a trouble of my son and his friends. I told with my son in detail and adviced him and my wife to deal with it.

Perhaps I drank too much last night. I woke up around 8:30, had breakfast, but then fell back asleep and ended up sleeping though most of the morning. For lunch, I had a bowl of curry rice -- the third time in a row. I commuted to the office. I prepped the gear for tomorrow's show and loaded it onto a transport truck. I was tempted to drink, but decided not to have any alcohol tonight.

Today marked the second and final performance of a voice actor's 15 th anniversary tour, held in Bunkyo Ward. Everything went off smoothly without a single hitch. Our crew managed to clear out just before the venue’s deadline. To celebrate a job well done, the whole team headed to Kabukicho for a well-deserved party. I capped off the night by checking into a capsule hotel I'd booked in adevance.

I made my way to Shinjuku from Shibuya. There, I attended a rehearsal for a TV show with a concert theme, which was held at the office.
25th
I woke up to find myself having fellen asleep in the living room,so I junmped straight into the shower. I them made my way to Okubo for a rehearsal for an actor-singer's concert. Things wrapped up sooner than I had expected.
26th
I woke up at around quarter to eight and jumped straight into the shower so I could catch the Japan football game. My wife and I watched the game at home, then continued watching it on the commute train. The game had just finished by the time I arrived at the office. Later, Kei -- a member of a voice actor's band -- stopped by our office to pick up his gear. We chatted for a while. In the afternoon, I decided to take the rest of the day off.

I headed to the office to receive the gear from an African band's tour and stored it away. Afterwards, I took a half day off. I made my way to Kuji to have lunch at a Chinese restaurant that I had been wanting to visit for nearly months. I tried a bowl of fried rice --which is the restaurant's signature dish-- and it was absolutely marvelous.

I made breakfast for my daughter and me. I felt melancholy from the morning. Last night, I realized I had made a mistake in an estimate, and I think that was the reason for my low mood. For lunch, I made fried rice for my family. I tried to recreate the dish I had eaten the day before. I got it pretty close, but I felt that my home stove lacks heat intensity needed to achieve the same quality. Today, I had a late-night work shift, so I left home before 6 p.m. I had dinner at the office. in the end, I finished work earlier than expected.

I took a day off today. I prepared a dinner dish before noon. For lunch, I made "natto spaghetti " for my daughter and me. After lunch, I spent the rest of the afternoon just taking it easy.

All of my family woke up at 2 a.m to watch the World Cup football match featuring Japan. We enjoyed it, but Japan lost the game in the end. After the game, we went back to sleep. I headed to Shibuya for a rehearsal of a TV show. For lunch, I had a ramen and fried rice set -- a very popular dish at the broadcasting station's cafeteria that I rarely get a chance to eat, since it sells out quickly. The rehearsal went smoothly and finished almost on time. I made my way home before evening.
